Wow! What a way to run a business. This was a business who has allowed ParKontrol to moniter parking which I have no problem with. The problem I have is that it is not clear on what you do to pay for parking - which was only $5. I scanned the link which gave me option of payment methods which I thought was great - **************** pay, and one other method. When I scanned I chose to pay via ApplePay. I double-clicked as I am supposed to and it took me to a page stating that a charge of $5.45 would be posted to my account. During that process I saw an individual scan and walk away but told him he needed to enter the Code for this lot and he thanked me. I then walked to stadium as I thought my transaction was complete. Well, apparently there was more that needed to be done but it was not clear. When I am driving home I see something on windshield thinking it is confirmation - nope ticket and fine is $150 to be paid in 7 days by mail or online. How will I know if they received payment and not turn over to collection agency! And no way to get in contact with them!Review from Audrey M

Went to a concert on Saturday 1/13/2024. Paid for 12 hours. Got back to my car 3 hours early and found this parking violation on my car. I can't reach anyone via the number listed. They only speak with people that have been booted. I drove to the location on **********************-- turns out that is **** location. I checked their website and it is currently under construction for payments. Based on the many complaints, it has been under construction for months. I do not want to send money to unknow and suspicious companies/people. Why is this issue continuing after the many complaints that are posted?Review from Deja J

I received a ticket in ******, ** at the Clarion suites hotel. I was parked in the proper area for hotel visitors; in which I booked a suite for 3 nights. It has a Violation Notice of Failure to pay when I never received a warning. Out of all the options to choose (if there was a problem) . The website has no use and so does calling them. Its just an automated system with no way to communicate or submit any payments.Review from Ninfa O

I have tried to contact this company to dispute this ticket. As my husband was ticketed for not paying when the parking toll was not working and the gate was open letting people in and out without payment. I have called multiple times and no return call. Their website not helpful and extremely schetch.Review from Curtis B.

My daughter is a student at ************************, there is a parking deck next to campus that students were allowed to park for free. There is No parking attendant and No Kiosk available for payment as students park there frequently. My daughter received a ticket for $155 after parking there for 20 minutes, if she does not pay within 7 days it goes to $190. There was an envelope supplied only for payment only, who owes this operation? You are taking advantage of struggling college kids for $115 or $190 after 7 days, I need an explanation. Why theses people have the right to put ticket on your car, where you can not dispute it.On web site all I'm seeing is P.O box number and when you call that number all you get to do is leave a message and they never call you back, how is this legal. Can some one explain this to me please.
