I have sent Star Parking valid documentation for my cars. I have tried to contact them by phone for over a month. I have called the number ************ for over a month. My family and I have paid the fees and they failed to respond back to me inappropriately and we have been forced to parking down the road for parking and suffer for over a month waiting on parking. I am requesting that Star Parking respond and expeditiously assist with our parking or we will have no other choice to file a claim on the owners bond and insurance for inappropriate business with pain and sufferings. This is definitely a errors and omission issue. I want this resolved immediately or I will be moving forward to file a claim against this business.

I have received 2 boots in the past 2 days which has caused me to miss work. I am a resident who pays for parking and has my vehicle registered. I was booted for using electric charging which they have a 3 hr time limit on. However, no one ever uses the chargers! Ever! They have actual cobwebs on them I had to wipe off before use. The chargers cost as well. Also they have the slow chargers that take at least 10 hrs to complete. If I dont set an alarm to wake up every 3 hrs and reset the charger, I have to worry about being booted! They say its 3 hrs so its fair and everyone can use them. But *** lived here since may and only seen one other car use it! And they have spiderwebs on them! THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A REASON TO BOOT YOU! I asked the man, what should I do in my case? Because I driver a lot daily and need to charge at night. Im usually tired so I find it unreasonable to require residents to wake up every 3 hrs to reset a charger to avoid a boot! I also find it unreasonable to require residents to have to go to superchargers, pay more and sit for 2+ hrs waiting on a charge daily. I feel like they use predatory methods to get $ out of you! I could see if I was in anyones way using the chargers, but they know Im not. Also I told them they should add a fee option to charge overnight. I feel discriminated against simply for driving an electric vehicle! Had I drove a gas car, I can just register and park. But needing to charge my car has become so much of a hassle I will need to trade my car in or move! Very drastic solutions to just simply allowing paying residents an option to charge freely with a fee! I dont mind that! But to tell me if I dont wake up every 3 hrs I have to give u $75 is unreasonable and inconvenient! Predators is what this company is!

I have been wrongfully booted by this company. I have waited over 5 hours to get the boot removed and was informed that a technician is on there way but never arrived. I missed several appointments that were scheduled and have lost money.

The business put two boots on my car which was parked in my apartments garage while I was away handling a family emergency, the interaction was very problematic and unprofessional. First and foremost I received a boot for being parked over the line, not double parked, but simply too far over due to the vehicle next to me at the time being parked over to far and me being in a rush to leave town for family matters. In documents provided to residents by Star, there isnt a certain threshold of how far over the line a car is allowed to be it simply says no double parking and shows an image of a car clearly parked in two spots intentionally. When the technician (Technician 107) arrived to remove my boot he originally quoted me at $150 for removal, then changed to $225 after receiving a message from his boss. After discussion he mentioned the price would be honored at $150, but again changed prices back to $225 and threatened to leave without removing my boot if i didn't immediately pay, he also let me know I should just be glad they didn't completely tow my vehicle.

My car was booted by star parking service - *******. My car was parked at my apartment complex, where *** lived for over a year, with no issues whatsoever. It is registered with star parking service, its mentioned in the lease. My tag is registered and everything is legal. I get booted because the technician claims that I didnt have a sticker, and therefore its illegal. I showed him my registration and my confirmation email and that I am allowed to park here. He refused to listen or even look. He said the tag is not enough. You need a sticker. Go online and register the car. I said it is already. I never received any stickers from star parking service anyways. But the gentleman is claiming that I violated the policy. However I pay the $75 and another $25 for a new application to get a sticker. The technician says now that you applied again you should be okay to park here, because your car is in the system so a sticker wasnt even required in the first place. Not to mention that the technician was very rude and disrespectful.

1/31. Star parking services booted my car in my own apartment parking deck. I have a parking decal in my windshield and my car is fully registered with the leasing office. I just got a new Tesla last week and was charging in the ** spot when sentry mode let me know they were tampering with my car. I came out there and it was wrongfully booted in the parking deck I literally pay for. I tried to explain this but they just have your car hostage and dont care until you pay up. There is no dispute or review process with them. The link they provide to leave a review or dispute from the receipt doesnt work. Its a total scam. I also have a receipt from blink the third party charging company to prove I was using the ** spot - again its a Tesla parked in the correct spot for it. On top of it all the person who came out to unlock the boot didnt know how to do it scraped and damaged the car. Unreal hostage situation. I understand if I didnt have a decal or **, but this is my parking deck.

0n December. 21st, There was an incident regarding parking. At my complex I pay for parking monthly, our property was taken over by new management who then imposed a new parking company on us. It was a total disaster with the transition the parking company started booting randoms cars. When I called them to get the boot off and tell them this is clearly a mistake, they refused to take tthe boot off my car even though I pay for parking. Once i stated they illegally booted me they then proceeded to tow my car because I "damaged" their boot, however I have pictures of the boot and no damage occured. They now want me to pay **** to get my car our of impounding when the issue was illegally booting my car from jump. I am filing civil cases against them.

This boot company services my apartment complex and my car is registered there. My car was being repaired by my son and I emailed this company on 7/22 to notify them that my son was fixing my car and I was borrowing another vehicle and provided the plate number. 4 days later on 7/26 this company booted the loaner vehicle. This greatly inconvenienced me for several hours until my leasing office was able to get them to remove it. I had to find other transportation for the day. The company emailed several days later and lied stating I received a denial email on 7/22 because I didnt provide a work order. I asked for a screenshot of the sent email and was provided a screenshot of an email with a red x that clearly indicated it was not sent. I believe they are scammers and boot peoples vehicles illegally to get $75 dollars from them. There are constant complaints from the residents where I live from constant booting and we want this company to stop harassing us and interrupting our lives. I would like this company further investigated and evidence collected and for this company to be penalized

On 7/8/2023 my husband and I were improperly booted by Star Parking Services at our place of residence. This company was newly hired by our leasing office and began servicing our property on 07/01/23. We had valid parking decal and were parked in resident parking. When coming to remove the boot the associate said he was nothing he could do and we would have to pay $75 to have the boot removed and file a dispute. I filed the dispute and in addition sent photos to our leasing office and Star parking services. Star responded to the leasing office regarding our complaint saying the decal didnt appear to be real my husband had been living in the property since opening so our decal is a lot older than majority of the other residents. We provided the decal to the leasing manager who verified it was an official decal and met with Star Parking on 7/12/23 and advised us that Star parking would refund our $75 for the error. Star parking has not refunded or responded to our requests. Leading us to file this dispute. The property we live at is ****************** - ******************************************************************* Our leasing managers name is ******* ***** ************
