            My daughter had appointment on 6/26/2023 at 9:30. I arrived at 9:27 to the parking lot and I am on time with my appointment. However, due to the waiting time in the office, the whole process was over 90 minutes which was the validating time on parking. I was waiting for longer time to get the doctor check for my daughter, and after check up, nurse gave vaccine shots and ask us to wait for 15 minutes. I followed the instruction and after everything was done it was over 90 minutes and I was charged the full price of $8 for parking. I think this is because of the waiting time in the pediatrician office and even the records showing nurse gave the shots at 10:30, but I didn't get the **** came in until 10:40, and with the time of waiting for 15 minutes following the instruction and walk out to the parking, it had been more than 90 minutes. I think the pediatrician office should be responsible for this either give me $7 or ask the gate adminitration to refund me $7.
