      I have received a statement from them saying that insurance carrier has notified them that the claims were denied because my child was not covered under the policy for the dates they provided services and tell me to contact my insurance carrier to resolve issue. But the letter doesn't provided their phone number or a date that they provided service? How I know this is legit?

      More than a year after the birth of my child I received a **** in the mail from Pediatrix with a doctor listed that we never saw! Ive tried contacting and can never get ahold of anyone. The letter was 1/2 a page long, had my childs name as a patient, the physician name, and that we owed $33174! ZERO explanation as to what the **** was for. They wanted a ******** number (we arent on ********) and said to contact them within 15 days or it was all our responsibility. I looked over the letter and they drafted it 7/1 we received it 7/14! There is NO phone number, but there was a website - I followed the link and submitted insurance information to it since I had less than 24hrs notice. We will see what happens!

      If I could leave a negative review I would! I received only two statements in the mail of my original balance. I have been making monthly payments. I received a call yesterday that it is now in collections, I never got anything stating it will be sent to collections. Not to mention the collection agency is reflecting a much higher balance than what I owe, because I have been making payments! I called the Pediatrix ***************************** cannot tell me where my missing payments were processed! They cannot get back to me for several days after putting in a ticket for the issue. So in the meantime it is hitting my credit until they figure out where my money went!!!

      Poor customer service, and communication with the patient regarding their ****. I was receiving the monthly **** in the mail, and then their billing program changed, and was told I needed to sign in and reset up the billing agreement. I was able to sign in the first time, and then after that my username and password was no longer valid, and it would not let me create a new account because it was already active using the email I had, it was no longer able to be used. I contacted their services via email and was written back rudely stating they could not help me, and that I needed to contact customer service but their phone number. After the new billing program too effect I no longer got monthly bills, which they said they sent out. I contacted them and they said that my account was sent to collections, even though I paid monthly payments. They stated that my account was sent to collections in November, I called them in February trying to find out why I was not getting a physical ****, and but they took a payment I sent in December and January. When I called the *** collection group they stated they just received my collection case this month, March. So there was no need to send my **** to collection, even when I paid every month for it. When I called to get things straightened out every customer service rep I talked to gave me a different run around, one saying they could bring my account back from the collection group, next telling me that they couldn't pull it back, then one said they couldn't find my account. It was so stressful dealing with them, and I should of been notified via phone if I was about to get sent to collections, but heard nothing, when I was still paying on the account.

      I would rate them 0 stars if I could. We paid on automatic draft until they switched over to an "upgraded payment platform" and needed to update it. We updated the draft setup and didn't think much of it. We didn't receive statements from them, so assumed that the balance was satisfied when the charges ceased.Fast forward to March of 2022 (from late 2021) and my wife got a call from a collections agency indicating we'd been turned over to collections. We never got a statement, a letter, or a call from Pediatrix that there was an issue with the account. Conveniently, once an account has been turned over to collections, the customer service representatives are unable to view most account details. The collection agency was unwilling to go into details over the phone and told me to "just wait for the letter".This is unacceptable behavior from an entity that handles financial transactions, and I'm trying to get to the bottom of the charges and what happened along the way. What's more frustrating is that the test is required by the state, but there isn't any limit placed on what the provider can charge. Paying for a hearing test from infancy for an almost 3-year old seems excessive.

      If I could give negative stars I would. Where do I even start?! Half the time their customer service phone number doesn't work. After waiting on hold for an hour to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on... twice. When I finally spoke to a supervisor, she gave me her direct line just so I could reach someone. I have paid every **** they've ever sent but have been fighting with their corporate accounting team for more than 4 months because they can't seem to allocate my payments correclty. I was told my account was being placed on hold while they tried to figure things out on their end and then I received a collections notice. I paid in the office at the time of my visit and according to the supervisor, payments that are made in the office don't always make it to corporate. I had to submit my receipts from their office to prove that I've paid and they said that wasn't enough proof of payment. I then had to submit my credit card statement to prove that I paid them. I sent them my credit card statement on a Wednesday and when I called the following Monday to see if that was finally enough proof, the supervisor claimed she had "just received it this morning" and was going to escalate it for review. I asked to speak to her manager and was told her manager was out for the week. I asked to speak to any other manager and was told the other manager was unavailable and I could only leave a message requesting a callback. As I was leaving the message for the manager, I could hear the supervisor still on the line so who knows if that message will ever actually make it to the manager. I have excellent credit and have never not paid a **** in full in my entire life! The doctors are great, but the business end of this place is shady! BEWARE!

      Received a **** from a collections agency, almost a full year after the birth of my daughter. They were kind enough to include the original **** in the collections notice, because we never received a **** directly from ************************************************ The included **** showed that it wasn't even processed until 7 months after the delivery (September) I called *********************************************** to find out why we never received a ****, why it took 7 months to process, and why it was sent to collections. Was told that insurance did not issue payment until end of March (30 days after delivery), so they sat on it for 6 months - and then sent our **** to collections in 3 months, without confirming we received it. She actually had no visibility of what was sent out because she said that they recently changed systems. After speaking with a "Supervisor" she said that the only thing to do would be for ME to call collections and ask them to send it back to ************************************************

      I have called and spoke with this company twice because I received a **** for $5401.00. Two different times, I have spoke with them and they have the incorrect insurance on file. After getting the run around for an hour and giving them all the the current insurance information for my daughter AGAIN.. I RECEIVED ANOTHER **** AGAIN FOR THE SAME AMOUNT SAYING THAT MY INSURANCE DENIED. The insurance they filed it withwas WHAT THEY ORIGINALLY HAD ON FILE WHICH WAS MY insurance information and not my daughters. Now I have called and requested a call back 3 times and cannot get anybody to call me back. This is the most unorganized health organization Ive ever seen. (And I am a health provider myself so I am in awe at this experience) I will call again but by now its almost 90 days out and will probably be sent to debt collectors. All because they cant seem to file a simple claim with the CORRECT insurance provider.

      I got a bill for services from this place for the birth of my child. The bill didn't even have the correct information so much I thought the bill was a scam. I wanted to send the bill to my insurance which they should have billed but they couldn't without updating the information. They wouldn't do it I've the phone so I had to email the birth certificate which they then said I had to call to get it done. I wish my hospital didn't use these services. For a medical company they can't even bill with the correct medical information to have my insurance accept the expense. But they say I still owe the money even though their records are incorrect. How do I even know they are billing me correctly if the most basic info like the name is incorrect. Very unprofessional. Never seen anything like this. I seriously thought it was a scam.
