I went into the store to buy a specific perfume. My daughter was handed one of the sample bottles to try and she accidently dropped it. It was a very small sample bottle with almost nothing in it. We asked and waited to see what we could do. My daughter began to cry so we started to leave, and the owner began to force us to make a purchase for an item costing $159 (which is illegal). I explained to him it was a mistake and that the bottle was given to her to try. He was so forceful I decided to make the purchase. After several attempts the owner decided to give a refund then later had it reversed and now I am stuck with a $159 charge. I also attached a copy of the receipt that they somehow manage to reverse.Business response

We have received letter from BBB mentioning a complaint. First of all we apologies for whatever happened at store. Perfume World is known for giving best customer service. You might have taken care by new staff hired during Christmas . we will try to rectify the mistakes done by our employee. We will make sure our employees are well aware of this , so this kind of mistakes doesn't happen again.
We have already issued your $159 refund on 12/27/2023.
