The accident occurred in January 2022 (2 1/2 years ago). I have called and emailed the case managers, attorneys, and customer service many times over the years inquiring on my case and requesting payment. A few times, I received a reply stating that they're still working on the case and someone will reach out. One attorney even blocked my email. The last substantive email stated that a $25,000 limit is in the process BUT that was 2 years ago. Please assist as you can. I'm contemplating contacting the bar and the insurance commission and seek legal counsel concerning this breach. Wondering if there is a class action suit? Please assist with contact. I just want this to be done and receive my fair settlement. At this point, they really don't deserve a percentage.Business response

I was in a motor vehicle accident on 11/30/2021 around 9am in ***********, **. I don't have a personal lawyer so, I called 411 pain. I was directed on what to do and went to the doctors and appointments as instructed. I was diagnosed with 2 herniated disc's. Treatment started, I went to their appointed chiropractor and doctors. I received 3 epidurals, a facet injection and then an RFA, then told to see how that goes. I was in pain again after a month but was told that was pretty much it and my medical bills had already reached $80,000. This was in November of 2022. They went for the *** $100,000 and then another $25,000. I was fired on the day I received my first epidural and after a extinguishing my credit cards. I was placed on short then long term leave with 80% of my regular pay being received on March 16th 2022 to 11/09/2022. The case settled 11/2022 also. Communication was ok but spotty. After the email about the settlement and it going to reductions I didn't hear anything for two months and reached back out by email. After a lot of ghosting, promises of followup, voicemails and repetitious emails I received. response and documents to authorize reductions on March 2023. It went from March to June, to August. to October, and then to November. That was my last correspondence. Where I was told to repay my short term disability payments due to over payment from my case. I sent my car managers info and eventually got calls and another document saying I need to make payment as no response was received. So at this point and the time frame I see I have been preyed upon and fell into the trap with thr catchy theme. I was told to wait, well I've waited long enough in pain for nothing but picking up the bills. I paid out of pocket for physical therapy $50.00 when I was perpetually broke and in pain until I couldn't. Just to have a second opinion from outside of their network. Does their network inflate prices, so everyone but the injured part find resolution?Business response

I have been waiting over a year to get the actual settlement from them. I have sent multiple emails, and made multiple phone calls. I'm just exhausted dealing with this. I get the phone call about the offer that has been made and accepted to the firm but that was it. after that nothing. no other phone calls or anything. I kind of had faith in this firm but ****! I just want my settlement check and to get over this at this point.Business response

I was involved in a MINOR car accident on December 17, 2022. I had used 411- ****************, and I decided to use them again because there wasnt any issues the first time. For my similar accident, the case was settled in six months. However, my case that is being handled by K&P is being dragged out. I completed my medical care in April. I received medical care from ************** and Advanced Chiro. K&P scheduled an MRI with **************, and I attended that session. I was then told, I would need oxygen treatments based off the **** and because I was still experiencing dizziness. While attending my sessions, they were not accurately documented. They were not counting all my sessions. I used a treadmill connected to oxygen, and perform balance exercises for 7 sessions. My total was $17,000 for ************** alone. I understand a lawyers job is to get their clients money, but K&P is scamming their clients. Presenting a $17,000 bill to me, for a place K&P referred me to is insane. As well as K&P suggesting I receive ANOTHER MRI from my chiropractor. The last time I spoke to anyone from their office was on OCT 13,2023. I informed them I did not want to take my case to litigation (for a case that was 10 months in), and havent been contacted since. They requested my medical insurance, but cant use it towards my case. At this point I feel I, and many others are being scammed. I have never worked with a lawyers office with such unethical practices. They are trying to milk minor accidents, and are leaving their clients without any compensation. Yet, they are still getting paid 40% BEFORE any medical bills are paid. No communication on settle offers either. Worst business ever using urban radio stations to advertise to us.Business response

The law firm of Kanner an Pentaluga has by far provided the worst customer service in my case. My motor vehicle accident accrued in May 2023 at which point I retained this office to handle my case. I requested that I be updated on a weekly basis regarding my case and Ive been ignored, passed on to voice mails that are never returned and been assigned to several individuals in my case that I have lost trust in their services. A reduction specialist was assigned to help reduce the medical bills but I am still waiting on the amount, I was told they had one more bill to wait on, I reached out to all providers and heyve all provided their invoices. This law firm his holding on to my check. I am now seeking outside council to legally request what is owed to me along with a copy of all original invoice from each provider and and itemized list of all chair and cost from each medical provider to compair what they are telling me and what what was actually submitted. I need resolution and all documentation from this law firm in the event a law suit needs to be filed. I need your assistance to help me resolve immediate payment due to me and documentation.Business response

I have not gotten a response from this office since I signed over the check Ive sent emails left messages and no response to this day its been nearly two years since the case and nearly a month since I signed over the settlement documents to receive payment for my child settlement they screwed up by sending her private information to someone else we have paid to have things notorized took care of everything on our end and this has been an ongoing silence with this law firmBusiness response

I was in a accident about 2 years ago where I was rear-ended and not at fault on May 9th 2022 i have yet to hear from my lawyers i heard from them the begging of my case and the last i heard was that they were closing on it since then I have not heard anything at all I have called and emailed and I'm always getting that this person is no longer with the firm, this is unacceptable and my next move is to file a lawsuit because they are practically refusing to reach out to me and give me what is owed for my pain and suffering that i endured this is very unprofessional and I need to know what is going on immediately with my settlementBusiness response
