I recently boarded my dog in the Lady ***** for 2 nights. I was appalled with the "care" my dog received. First, in the Lady *****, I was able to watch him on camera in his room. The first night I was concerned that he wasn't fed or taken out to pee as I had seen that the bowls weren't moved at all and I did not see that he had left the room. I called in and was assured that he had been fed and walked. I figured I must have missed it on camera. The next morning, I saw he had peed in the whole room. As I watched him on camera, lay in it. I did not see someone feed, walk my dog that morning. I did not see someone clean the room until well into the afternoon. When I went to pick him up he stunk of urine as expected when I checked his bag that I had packed him with, it appeared that the food bag that I had measured out to be enough for the time that he was boarded was basically completely full; as if he was not fed the entire time he was there. I also question whether he was getting water during this time as well. I already had another reservation with this facility and I called to cancel and discussed my concerns. While the person on the phone was empathetic, they said they would have a manager call me about my complaints and I am yet to hear from them. I am heartbroken that I put my dog through boarding at this facility and will absolutely never be back.

This place pretends to care so much about your animals but its all a faade so they can charge more than many of the other places. Im not convinced that they check on the dogs like theyre supposed to unless theyre in the 24 hour surveillance suites. When I picked up my dog he RAN outside and peed and pooped so Im sure he hadnt been outside that day despite it being well into the afternoon. My female dog had the most pungent odor about her like she had been playing in urine all day and her paws were stained (yellow) as if she had been stepping in her own urine for the duration of the stay. Management doesnt own up to the lack of quality of service being provided at this business and honestly, customer relations could use some major improvement.

I am a former employee of lucky and lady. I also have very much experience in the dog daycare industry. On Thursday April 8, 2022 I came in first thing 6:30am. Out of fifty something dogs, there was only 4 or 5 dogs that had water. Please believe, because I swear Im not lying about any of this. Everyone elses bowls were bone dry and many of them didnt even have a water bowl!!! So immediately went around, me myself and I, and checked everyones suites and gave them all water, It was so shocking and disgusting to see that they were so parched that, other than 3 of them, all the other babies, as soon as I put down the water bowl, they just started gulping as fast as they could, LITERALLY 90% of them, did not stop until the bowl was empty! I was given the excuse by the front desk, the girl that was suppose have that responsibility had been dealing with stuff they guess she hasnt been doing it. But there is absolutely no excuse for the babies to have no water and be that parched!!! I was also told later that day by another employee that has worked there for a year, that he came into the same situation 2 days before. Please just be aware when making your decision on whether to bring your babies to lucky and lady. Any parent that could have been there to see absolutely outraged. It was all I could do to keep my cool. I honestly dont how I did.
