I first contacted ******** Plumbing on 1/19/24 to fix a leaking kitchen faucet, and was told that the plumber would be at our house that day, so my husband and I planned our day accordingly, but he never showed up. After multiple excuses and delays, the plumber finally arrived on 1/24/24 and "fixed" the leak, and was promptly paid for his services. Almost immediately my husband and I realized that the leak wasn't actually fixed but was worse. We started calling him to explain this, and requested that he come back because it was obvious that additional work was needed. After multiple more excuses and delays, he came back several days later and did a few more minutes of "work", and assured us that the leak was then fixed, but it wasn't. Day after day, both he and his receptionist would tell us that he would be back "either today or the next day", so each time we would plan our schedules around whatever day/time he was supposedly coming back, only to be told after we called and followed up multiple times that he was "really busy" with "other projects" that were taking longer than expected and that he would be back at our house the next day. Finally on 2/1/24, after yet another excuse (we waited hours, once again), for him to arrive as he had stated that he would, we told him to just refund our money (which he had offered to do), but we have not received the refund. Our kitchen faucet, which only had a slow leak before ******** Plumbing did "work" on it, is now unusable and leaking incessantly. We will now have to find, and pay, a new plumber, or figure out how to do the work ourselves. In addition, our water bill will undoubtedly be sky high. This company is 100% incompetent and unreliable, and should not be allowed to scam other paying customers.Business response

***************************. I have been back twice and wound up spending 55$ on parts to complete rebuild the faucet.In fact that means that you spent 35$ on a newly rebuilt faucet. Am I understanding correctly?
