      This management company does not provide transparency to homeowners. I submitted a request for a simple modification to the exterior of my home (15 x 15 concrete patio with a pergola). I was told the company has 60 days to respond. From my perspective, a 60 day turnaround time would involve a request, for example, installing a pool, and /or a site visit is needed. A better response to from Fieldstone would be: the board for your community meets on the third of each month, based on the number of requests we have from your community, you should hear from Fieldstone by the fifths of next month. The response I received from Fieldstone indicates that this company is not customer driven. i understand heavy workloads. I have a demanding job as well, but that does not give me the right to ignore the needs of the customer. My hope is that the owners review this complaint and try to make some changes to their current policies.

      They are the poorest of the poor in property management. :Numerous emails and complaints and they do nothing to satisfy the homeowners.They ignore the emails and are useless.

      Our Subdivision had a HOA Manager change about 4 months ago. Since then its been downhill. When you try to call and leave a message asking for a return call YOU NEVER GET ONE. You submit a request for change and approval and it gets sent to the wrong HOA board and you receive no apology. ******************* who is in charge of our subdivision never follows up at the 30 day deadline and only when you ask if she is still employed on their management site do you get a response. For a subdivision thats only in the 2nd phase with plans of over 600 homes how is this acceptable by people who are paying *************** and Fieldstone Management hiring people who to do not do their job correctly or throughly. As Homeowners we have time and deadline schedules also. When they send us a violation to pay dont we have a timely manner to pay them or have it corrected? I dont understand why we are reciprocated the same courtesy.

      We live in a new neighborhood, with some units still under construction, and the builder initiated Fieldstone as *** management company. It has been pretty underwhelming. In the three years we have lived in our home, we have had 4 managers assigned to our neighborhood. Turnover from one manager to the next is non-existent, so we homeowners have to backtrack and re-request/re-address issues. Concerns are brought to the attention of the managers, and very little is ever done. It took over a year of requests to get a 15-ft section of fence stained. We've requested repairs to landscape lighting (some never come on, some stay on all day ) for over a year, and nothing has been done. Same with a brick wall. Our current manager has admitted she can't get out and walk around the neighborhood to check everything. She also admitted she doesn't sign off on completed areas of the neighborhood when those areas are considered "turned over" from the builder to the **** This has resulted in landscaping dying shortly after planting, mismatched landscaping, improperly poured/uneven sidewalks and stairs. Apparently the builder's site manager doesn't do this either, so we are at a complete loss. We cannot wait until control of the *** is turned over to the homeowners instead of the builder being in control.

      After 3 years of Fieldstone Association Management, initiated by the developer LENNAR, SO glad to see them go. Unacceptable personnel, response time, resolution, etc. They only represented the developer and not the residents for the 3 years of neighborhood development. NEVER consider Fieldstone for your HOA management needs.

      This review is posted for Association Manager Ally *******. Ally has been with our community for five years, since turnover from Beazer. Although she was moved to larger projects, she agreed to maintain her relationship with our small townhome community to help us through a difficult Board change. Ally has been responsive and works hard to consistently and fairly apply the By-Laws. Her experience has been important to our community moving forward.

      We received a letter from John Albano from HOA that I painted my garage door, falsely accusing us of painting when the same color has been there which was by the way given to us by the builder and we have had the same color ever since we purchased the house. Then after 6 years HOA wakes up and says that we painted our garage door. When I emailed **** ******.. instead of understanding the situation and emails me back saying that I need to repaint the garage door to match rest of the doors in the neighborhood, how ridiculous! This still means that he's falsely accusing me of this, on top of this he is saying that "this was discussed with me in March of this year" which is a complete lie.. he probably discussed in his dreams! He couldn't show me proof of that discussion and stopped replying back to my email. I spoke with my attorney about the false accusations and failure to email me back in a courteous way and will now likely proceed with legal proceedings!

      They are the worst company out there! I paid dues have no pool yet or sidewalks, where is my $500 going to?? Plus they never return emails they send out Violations to some but not to all with the same issue. Also why send out violations for trash cans if the builder puts a pad of one?
