            Around the second week of April 2023 I reached out to a company via Zillow in regards to a rental property at ***********************************************************. I quickly was approved and was shown a video tour of the home. I was asked to pay my deposit before the end of the month. I had sent over $1250 Im 3 separate payments. On the 30th of April I reached out asking if I could move in a day or two late because I was still in ********. The company never responded back. I then asked for a refund. Still no response. I requested the money back via the payment method (zelle) still have not received it back. Company should not be able to keep deposit if I never moved in. Never signed a lease. Never received a key. Never been let inside the home. I would like a refund to continue the moving search.

            It was very refreshing to begin my working relationship with G Invest **** They have made owing rental properties stress free. I am glad to have them as my Property Manager for my investment properties. They will always be my go to as I increase my rental/investment portfolio.
