    This issue has to do mainly with Park **** Apartments which Greenleaf manages. During a pest control inspection, the pest control company created a small tear in the vinyl flooring of my apartment. I called the apartment immediately and told them. They said someone would fix it but no one ever came. I reported it many times but no one would fix it. Then a year later on my move out inspection, they saw the tear and said I would be charged for it. They claimed I never told them about it and that my dogs did it even though my dogs were not even in the apartment at the time. They are now charging me $500 to fix the flooring. Since Park **** was not willing to work with me and fix this issue, I have contacted their management company Greenleaf Management. Every time I call they say that I am completely right and should not have to pay that amount. They also assure me that someone will call and follow up on it but I have never once received a phone call or email from them. I need this resolved now because ************* said they will send me to collections if I dont pay them in time. I would love to pay my move out fees but I am not going to pay for the vinyl flooring. This year happened in February 2022, and I moved out June 6th, 2023.

    green leaf manager for beaver creek ******* is manipulating things or lying to charge fines and late fees.I have payed my rent every month.I had cans by my porch that i was crushing.She made it out to be trash and when i went to pay my rent it wasnt excepted.she want me to pay 25 dollars more in order to pay the rent.Now she wants me to pay 50 more.Im wondering if she is sane.When i first moved in my second elec **** was 350 dollars.They send maintainece.He didnt know a s**** driver from a monkey wrench.Its dead freeze out out side.He checked the tempt said its working.They send another.I come home from work 5:00 call the manager at the time.7:00 its still running 9:oo still hasnt cut off.The heater run constantly all month.I had to get my son who works heating and air to fix it.We get *** ********************* new manager.She has done nothing but harass me and make up excuses to charge me more money.Been letting this go.But this time she has completely created this entire problem.Im not behind on rent.By her deceptive practice she has me behind 75 dollars.she done this before 130 dollars.I paid it,thought it would the last of it.now she is doing it again.She is straight out lying about the fine and and when i told her i wasnt paying she made it where they wouldnt except the rent.now its late and she wants to charge 50 more .Its like theft by deception.Its not the money.Its the way she is going about it.unethical.When i rented this i was told 300 deposit.*************** said it was something else.Very deceptive business practices going on here.
