This issue has to do mainly with Park **** Apartments which Greenleaf manages. During a pest control inspection, the pest control company created a small tear in the vinyl flooring of my apartment. I called the apartment immediately and told them. They said someone would fix it but no one ever came. I reported it many times but no one would fix it. Then a year later on my move out inspection, they saw the tear and said I would be charged for it. They claimed I never told them about it and that my dogs did it even though my dogs were not even in the apartment at the time. They are now charging me $500 to fix the flooring. Since Park **** was not willing to work with me and fix this issue, I have contacted their management company Greenleaf Management. Every time I call they say that I am completely right and should not have to pay that amount. They also assure me that someone will call and follow up on it but I have never once received a phone call or email from them. I need this resolved now because ************* said they will send me to collections if I dont pay them in time. I would love to pay my move out fees but I am not going to pay for the vinyl flooring. This year happened in February 2022, and I moved out June 6th, 2023.

Three times in 6 months I have been stuck inside trailer due to outside steps being damaged. They said I have to pay for new ones. It never should have been sold like this. Its a fire hazard. Today I had to chisel my way out with a hammer, screwdriver and a drill. Im 70, on Social Security. I have no where else to go, but Im scared to live here. They need to replace the dangerous steps before something real bad happens. Ive already fallen off steps due to damage on steps. They did try once to mask the damage but it didnt work.

I did not renew my lease. My move out date was 10/1/2022. I received a final statement from them on 10/7/2022. The statement says that I need to contact the property manager to make payment arrangements. If payment is nor received within 30 days you will be sent to collections. I've tried to access the portal to see if the amount has cleared, but I no longer have access. I replied to the email the same day and have yet to receive a response. I called the call center at ************. I called three times 10/7, 10/13, 10/17, and 10/20. They state that they will send an email to the corporate office. I have asked to be cc'd on the email and say that they cannot cc me on the emails sent. I also sent an email to the new manager and have not received a response. I want to make sure that this does not go to collections. I do not owe anything and I want to make sure this error is cleared.

On May of 2022, I applied for a mobile home with Greenleaf Management. The mobile home community is located in ******* ** called the **********************. The property managers name is ************************* and she is the person I have had contact with. My application was approved. I was sent over a lease and told I needed to pay $300 deposit. On May 9, 2022 I signed the lease for **************** and paid $300 to Greenleaf management. After this, I was told I would receive pictures of the trailor soon. After months of waiting it is now July, my supposed move in month! I reached out to ****** and asked when will I receive the photos I was promised. Only at that time, was I informed there had been some issues which I later found out the issue was another family moving into the home I had paid for!!!****** was very hostile from the beginning to the end and lacked in any professionalism whatsoever. After informing me that someone else has the mobile home, she also informed me there was no available homes to rent now. Meanwhile, they still have my $300!On today, Sep 9 2022, I went to the leasing office to speak in person. Immediately after hearing who I was, she became hostile again. Stating that if I wanted the Accounts Payable number I needed to ****** it because she wasnt going to give me any information. Each time I would ask a question she would respond I cant help you, do you need anything else and then she proceeded to slam the door in my face (wouldnt even let me in the office). This is unacceptable behavior for this business. Now not only am I demanding to be paid back, I also feel ****** needs to lose her position as the property manager. I have never been treated worse in my life. Im in tears writing this because now me and my children have no place to live and we are out of $300. This is unfair and I need answers ASAP.
