I applied to ********** rental homes community located in ********** around 11/2022. However, I noticed within two weeks I did not get a response and that was a major red flag. Additionally, I had tried to reach management several times to no avail. Subsequently, I got in contact with a leasing agent, *******************. Who confirmed she understood why I cancelled my application, but advised that the $250 refundable portion of my fees were going to be refunded via check rather than my original payment method, bank card. I knew then that this might be an issue as I have been renting for many years and never had this type of issue. To my dismay, a month had passed and I contacted ******************* again via email and she stated that it was inadvertently sent to the wrong address although I provided the correct address in an email to her. ****** assured me that this would be corrected and when I reached out to her again December 6th 2022, I still had not received my refund and she stop answering my emails. I have contacted an attorney and was advised to continue to reach out to see if this could be resolved otherwise I do not have an choice but to file a small claims court claim against this large company. It is extremely difficult to reach anyone via phone on any of the listed number provided for ********************** and I have left several voicemail messages without any return calls. This is UNACCEPTABLE! PLEASE JUST REFUND MY MONEY THAT IS OWED TO ME LEGALLY!Initial Complaint

I have been luving at a Mayrix residence in park crest landing Bradenton Florida for almost 3 years and my living experience has been mothing but horrible. From lack of management, cleaniess, customer service and just basic act of human kindness. From our breezeway being a disgusting, filthy, trash hole, dead bugs, animal feces, fowl smelling odors, and i cant even describe the other problems with this community, byt i do have the puctures and documentation to prove my complaint. The mangement team consusting of the rudest people refuse to address any problems or safety of their residents and families. Not a day goes by without cops cars in the parking lot and apartments getting searched, you name it. But yet they expect us to pay 1600 a month for rent. And charge you the fees for services that they dont perform.Business response

This is a very serious situtation in where my familys life has been put at risk and this community has not only violated their lease agreement with us on numerous occasions but also their are living conditions that are in violation as well. I will be contacting the county on that. So if you want to speak to me seriously and try to come to a solution i will be happy to listen, but i will not be made a fool of any longer.
