      Shame! Shame! Shame! Shame! Shame! On Prager Property Management!! . Our house we was renting for 2.5 years had cought on fire due to faulty wiring in the back room. They should be ashamed of themselves they told us the coming to fix issues with the place but never did. To make a long story short I broke big toe trying to get my family out the house and this has been months ago. No one has called us. And now all of their numbers are disconnected. So we just don't know what to do?? We never was late on rent payments. And did most repair work cause we was quite tired of waiting on them. Why do the poor/ good guy get the worst treatment? We didn't do anything wrong. Now we lost everything in the fire! Lucky we still have our lives. What can families like us do? It was quite expensive to even move there at the time but we did anyway and now we have nothing? Not even a call back or a number to call. To the Place we have been loyal too.

      I cant reach anyone from PPM. It appears that my home was sold. I was told I had to sign a new lease right before the home was sold . I guess this better assisted them in their transition. I was told that I could not do month to month or I would have to leave, even though my lease stated otherwise. Due to me having medical issues and limited mobility, and not having the proper resources to fight it, I just signed my lease so I wouldnt be homeless. I havent been able to reach the old or new property managers. My rental portal has been deactivated since about February 15th after rent was paid and I signed a new lease. No one has reached out to me about rent. My water was in the landlords name due to my home being a duplex and having to share a water meter with my neighbor. Now that they have sold the property, the water was cut off yesterday and I or my neighbor cant get it in our names and we dont have any information on the new owners to get the water on. This is very unprofessional.

      The wrist company ever been in a house for 5 years everyone disappeared then now getting invoices but haven't spoken to anyone the last rental portal closed now this be one want you to pay this month's rent again this is poor mismanagement we already live in the house south all the problems reported undone now I'm supposed to send someone I don't know can't contact haven't seen any more of my money

      My family and I have lived one of their houses for 9 years,and this month on February 8,2022 after they took their rent money we find out that they sold the house on the same day they took their money out of my account. Now the new owners want us to pay their difference in what Prager Group took out my account! I can't get in touch with no one from Prager Group. They are not answering my emails or taking my calls. Prager Group did this in very bad taste. We got ** warning or anything. And to top it off" we just sign our lease for another year with Prager Group and they go and do this. Very unprofessional.

      If I could give this company a zero I would. I have lived in this house for seven years now. It got transferred to another company yesterday. This is all fine and dandy if you take care of issues that are reported. We have not had a kitchen sink since the second week of January. I tried to fix it myself while I had covid. I tried to snake the drain but snake would not go past a certain area. I replaced the leaking pipe ****** that was rusted through. Finally someone showed up after I got angry with the one who answered the phone. He was arrogant and rude. The guy who showed up tried the same thing I did and said that the drain had collapsed and needs to be re-run. Nothing else done to it. This company along with the previous one has a history of sitting on things and not repairing them.

      Cannot reach anyone about the several maintenance request that I have put in. Line is always busy and hvac system is trash. Would give zero stars if I could!

      Absolutely the worst property management company in the ********* area, by far. Our home was purchased by Prager from Firstkey in 2020. Firstkey was professional and prompt with all maintenance issues in the year that they managed our property. That went completely out the window when Prager took over. A technician came out on December 6th, 2021 to fix a leaking faucet in our bathtub. Once the technician left, we discovered that his work resulted in a new, larger leak in our basement coming from the pipes connecting to the bath tub. We need three buckets to catch the amount of water that comes from the leak. I reached out the next day informing them of the new leak and was told that someone would be out on December 16th to fix the issue. December 16th came, and nobody showed up to fix the leak. Called maintenance and left multiple messages and received no response for three days until reached out again and finally got a hold of someone. I was transferred to three different people, all of whom told me, "we'll try to get this taken care of and contact you tomorrow". A week went by and nobody contacted us. Once again, I had to initiate contact to follow up on a leak that has now been an issue for close to a month. I spoke with a technician on Dec 28th who told me "we're going to try and get someone out there". It has now been a week since any follow up. I emailed *********************** whom I assume is the property manager and received an email from an *************************************. She told me "we will touch base with you when we are able to get someone scheduled. Please feel free to check in with us again if you have not heard anything back in the next day or two". This was absolutely insulting and immature. I have reached out for a month regarding this issue. There is no way the property manager is asking me to check in as if I don't pay them every month to do their job. Not one person in the entire company is taking accountability for a maintenance issue that they've known about for a month. I would advise Prager to not purchase any more properties in the ********* area, as they are disgustingly outclassed, understaffed, and overwhelmed. This company is in over their head in terms of being able to provide basic services as a home rental company, and overall professionalism. The company responds faster to their negative BBB reviews than they do with actual maintenance issues.

      They want your money thats all. I dont understand how these companies have such high expectations for renters but all the while knowing they are not going to lift a finger to do anything more than collect rent. We are squatters keeping them rich.

      This the worst company ever never answers phones you might get them once but never again for about the last couple of months we had standing water in the tubs which it comes for the toilet it's mold in my floor vent bath every where these people. That is over Prager don't care about the people they are doing this to and in the beginning it's going to be cool and your going to have problem after problem . They don't take care of the ones that are paying rent the just get over just imagine you kids family come over and all they smell is s*** and you have no where to go because the housing system is is really destroyed Allow these people to still have permit to rent these house and they play they games well .Who ever these people are they need to be ban and if your house is good I give you a couple of months before it all happened to you this is terrible and nasty by all means no one answer the phone the cancel your maintenance order no one ever shows up to they don't answer the phone or your questions .
