We dealt with ************************* and Beni ***** who is supposedly the owner. They bought the house we were renting in *******, ** while we were still living in the house. Renters Warehouse was the management company who managed the house for ***** and *******************************. Our security deposit was transferred to SkyView Acquisitions to be returned to us after we moved out as long as the house was in "broom clean" condition. They offered us a "cash for keys" agreement as well if we moved out sooner, we accepted as well as agreeing to allow Beni to have a very large amount of potential buyers tour the house all at once during our move out preparation so that he could try and find a buyer to sell/flip the house to. Both payments were to be sent 30 days after the move out date which was April 11th. The checks were not sent on the due date which was May 11th. We had to continue to reach out to them checking in with very little response. Finally ***** responded saying they had to move offices and would send it out ASAP, that was on May 23rd. She never followed up to confirm it was sent, I followed up a couple times and finally she said she sent it out the day that I followed up which was June 3rd (17 business days past the due date) It has yet to arrive and it is June 18th. Nobody has responded since then and Beni has never reached out via phone or responded to multiple emails I have sent throughout the process. He both signed the documents and agreed verbally that both checks would be sent to us 30 days after the move out date. As you can see in the documents I uploaded, we are owed $1,425 for the security deposit and $1,000 from the "cash for keys" agreement.
