4/11/2024 Order Number ***** On 4/11/24, I ordered four (4) gallon sized fractonated cocnut oil from your online store, Order Number: *****. However, upon receiving the package today, I discovered that the items I received does not match the description or specifications of what I ordered. I received four (4) eight ounce bottles, not four (4) gallon containers. On 4/25/24, I spoke with *******. She explained to me that there is an error on the website, and that the products that were shipped were the correct products that I paid for. I explained to her that the website sold a gallon sized product at the price which I paid. I asked her to honor the product that was on the website at the price that I paid. She said no, and the website has been adjusted to reflect the correct price. ******* mention that they have not sold gallon sized product in several months. This website is falsely advertising products which they do not have in stock.
