I visited a Buffalo Wild Wings location in *********** for some drinks and to play trivia. I noticed in the trivia app the points were not counting towards the free awards/score. I sent a email via the app but only received one reply and nothing else. I would like for someone to call me me about this.Initial Complaint

The service at the below location is horribly slow and not responsible. Normally no one will be present at counter and online orders either through buffalo wild wings website or Doordash/Uber eats will be delayed at least 30 minutes compared with prediction. Buffalo wild wings website has estimation for order ready time but never works for this store. Even though sometimes other buffalo wild wings stores have this issue but this store is almost 100% every time for huge delays. When you ask some clerks in store, they would just ask you to wait at counter, where no one will be present. Normally pick up customers will form a group and stand in front silently for hours. The management at this store is very broken.And you cannot even see clerks working there, very lazy and free.**************************** ***********************, ****************, *************Initial Complaint

This is the second time I had issues with making purchases and not getting my full order. On visit I ordered 15 wings, I got home I only had 10. I paid for the order of 15 wings chartered for the 15. Next visit I ordered a drink did not get the drink again did not get what paid for, told the management, and said there was nothing they could do. Therefore, you continued to take my money but refused to give me what I ordered. My last Oder amount was $45.00Initial Complaint

I ordered 30 wings this evening, 5/14/24 and spent $65.00. The wings are TINY. I was very disappointed to see them like this. Ive been dining at BWW for a long time and never seen them this way. For the price I paid they should be meatier.Initial Complaint

They accepted my order through DoorDash and then would not provide my order to the driver they had assigned. Completely unprofessional. Then they went on to say they told the driver it was there when he was on the phone at the time confirming this to be untrue. (This is for the location *************************************************************************.) Buffalo wild wings does not pay their employees a paycheck. only sometimes. I know of two locations that do it, ************* and ***********************. as servers it is our right to 3 dollars and hour PLUS tips. and many people are working for free.Initial Complaint

Today I went to Buffalo wild wings and had open seating at the bar. Several bartenders looked at me but did not talk to me and did not serve me. Customers after I came in were served and talked to normally by the staff. I really hate to use the race card but the people that they were waiting on were all Caucasian and I am not. I had to leave the restaurant due to no service it's a 40 minute round trip drive that I had to waste trying to eat dinner.Initial Complaint

I was dining at the *** in **************** on 2/29/24 and I received second degree ***** on the back of my hand/s from the water that came out of the automatic faucet in the bathroom. I called the location two days after the incident when the ***** began to blister. The manager I spoke to offered no apology or solution, she just said that no one else had complained and that she would look into it. I then called the corperate number and filed a complaint. I have emailed them a complaint with pictures of the ***** on my hands, I have called the corperate number repeatedly, each time being told that they will escalate my claim and that someone will get back to me. I called the location directly to speak with the district manager and they told me they couldnt give me their number, but would take mine and have them call me. It has been two months since the incident occurred and I have not been contacted by phone or email by ANYONE regarding the situation. I did go to the doctor to have the ***** looked at and I would like *** to reimburse me the cost of the appointment. I also called the health department and filed an unofficial report.Initial Complaint

This is a long complaint about our dining experience tonight (04/25/2024), at the Buffalo Wild Wings at ************************************************. Families that came in after us, put their name on the list, and got a table before us. It took 15 minutes for our waitress to come speak with us. She never told us her name, but our receipt lists ******* as the server and ******** as the cashier. She claimed that she didn't know where our server is, but that she will take over, yet she was serving every table around us when we sat down. When our food finally came out, they brought everyone's food except for mine, which took an additional 10 minutes to come out. Overall, the food was fine. Our drinks had been empty for at least 10 minutes and our server was nowhere to be seen. When she finally came back, we asked for refills, and she disappeared again. She came back 5 minutes later and said that "the tap looks dry" so she was waiting to get our refills. Another 5 minutes passes and our refills finally come. Keep in mind this was BOGO boneless wings day. We had asked if we could have the 'free' wings in a to-go box. She said that she will have them ready to go in the to-go area when we're ready to leave. It comes time to pay and she confirmed with us that our to-go wings were all packed and ready to go and she'd go grab them when she brought our receipt and card back. Well, guess what.. she disappears again! She finally comes and tells us that the employees in the to-go section threw our food away since it was sitting there so long. She told us that the employees TRIED TO PULL THE FOOD OUT OF THE ***** CAN AND REPACK IT, but she convinced them to remake it! They ended up giving us a food comp and then a 25% off credit, but also added an additional BOGO 15 Boneless onto the receipt that we didn't order. Our original total was $79.47, and the receipt was correct. After a $22.98 and $13.87 discount, we only received a refund of $19.88 because they added the third on.
