I placed an order on the app and arrived 5 minutes later, which was my ETA for the order to be fulfilled. 3 shakes. The parking lot was not packed. The app did not allow me to check in at the stall, there was some time of a glitch. I checked into stall 10, pressed the red button and waited after giving my order information. I saw a man continue to get attention from a female worker outside of the restaurant periodically, appearing to be romantically involved, while many others pulled up, waited and then left without ordering. I counted a total of at least 3 employees inside. After 47 minutes, it appears to be a manager that came out and asked if we had placed an order. He kindly offered to make an additional shake, which we declined. Within 5 minutes I received my order. The cheesecake master shake was nothing but vanilla soft serve, I didnt find a single bit of actual cheesecake or the advertised ****** cracker crumbs.
