      The host at Mellow Mushroom ***** location made a reservation under my mobile phone number and management said it was off by one digit.

      Good evening, my husband and I had a very unpleasant experience at one of the Mellow Mushrooms in ********. Address: ****************************************************** 23113.First off: the waiter was in an extremely foul mood. We felt bad for him because it seemed like he was having a rough night. We tipped him well and left the restaurant. Sadly after we left, there was an issue we had in the parking lot with a very rude customer. They cut us off when trying to exit their parking space and refused to pull back in and allow us to exit, when we had the right of way. Your manager, ****** and an African American employee proceeded to them come outside and tell us we needed to reverse our vehicle and get out of this customers way, when we did nothing wrong and were trying to exit the parking lot. Your manager ****** then proceeded to tell us we are not welcome back at the establishment while the employee cursed us out.To say we are disappointed is an understatement. We have spent a lot of money at Mellow Mushroom. We go often to multiple different locations and for loyal customers to be treated liked ******* when we have done nothing wrong is beyond unacceptable.We except a phone call back from a higher up.We also attempted to call (the manager) ***** and ask her for her last name, and for her higher-*** information, and she hung up on us and refused to give it to us. As a restaurant establishment, your management staff, and your employees are legally bound to give this information out to the customers if they ask. I expect somebody to call me back to rectify the situation. If not, I will continue to go to every higher up that I can find and I will bring this to their attention. Thank you.

      On Wednesday, October 26, 2022, I placed an online order. I arrived curbside to pick up the items purchased. After arriving home, I discovered that I was given the wrong pizza. I called the restaurant at 9:15 pm and informed them that I received the wrong pizza. In addition, I was not in a position to return to the restaurant and I asked for a refund. The gentlemen was understanding and informed me that they dont give refunds, however, I would receive a store credit. I called on Friday, October 28 to redeem my store credit and was informed by the manager that the only way to receive the credit was for me to return the TWO DAY old pizza for them to remake it. I informed the manager that I thought it was disgusting and tacky to ask me to return a TWO DAY OLD pizza. Furthermore, none of this was communicated to me prior. She adamantly refused to honor the store credit which she acknowledged she was made aware of. She stated that her staff should have not told me that. How is it my fault that her staff did not communicate properly to the customer and now Im out $20.00 for an item I purchased and never received?

      July 15th I ordered food online at the ************, ** location. Get back to the hotel, visiting for weekend, noticed my chips and fork was missing. I called the restaurant and spoke with ****, front house manager, at 10:12pm. Told her my chips were missing and I was already back at my hotel. She stated a refund would be credited within 5 to 10 days depending on the bank. Waited 3 weeks and never received the refund. August 5 at 11:30am called and spoke with ****, general manager. Explained everything and gave him my order number, type of card and last 4 digits of card. I was told by Tuesday I should see the refund. It's now August 24th and still havent refund. So I loss money on a salad I couldt eat without a fork and chips I didn't receive
