I purchased a bidet from Bargain Mart for $190. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were not able to use the bidet for the project. Bargain mart advised that there was a no return policy, but the salesperson (Chey) advised that I could leave the bidet in store, with my business card attached and they would notify me after sale was made and if it didnt sell, I would be notified to pick up the item. I was in communication with Chey for several months, and he advised that the bidet had not sold. The last communication that I received from him stated that he would no longer be working for the company and that I should handle all future communication with (******) @ the store. After a conversation with ****** (and ****** talking directly to the owner) I was told that Chey did not get approval from the owner, and that I would not be provided a refund and that the bidet was gone. Simply put, I am out of $190 and being told that theres nothing that can be done because the employee made a choice without consulting the owner. Im requesting a refund, the bidet or a store credit in the amount of $190.Business response
