Mr. Josman was trusted to repair our roof and repair the damage to our ceiling. He did not hold up his end of what he was supposed to do. After he “replaced” our roof his team left gaps between the roof and the house which caused an infestation of squirrels (which cost us over $1500.00 to have removed from our attic). We contacted Mr. Josman to advise him that we thought something was wrong with the way the roof was put on and that we had not had any problems with squirrels in our attic until he replaced it! He told us that it wasn’t his repair that was causing the problem, however, after paying a company to come out to remove the squirrels, they discovered that the opening from the so-called roof repair had left such a big gap in it- the squirrels didn’t have to dig a hole in the roof, they were able to just crawl right in (see attached photos)! We contacted Mr. Josman again with our findings and provided pictures to him and he advised us that the gaps were there before he began working and he forgot to tell us about it! Now, before he even began working on our roof we did not have any issues with squirrels, right after he and his team finished, the squirrels came! Mr. Josman also was to repair the ceiling in the room that showed water damage from the roof. I uploaded pictures from what the ceiling looks like after his so-called repair! In addition to that, before we bought our home we had an inspection performed and the inspector went into our attic and there was no mention of gaps between our roof and the house! We even have pictures of the attic and there were no gaps in the original pictures from the inspection. Mr. Josman has not stood by his word and has failed to take responsibility for what he has done! He, to me is very unreliable and unethical in his business acumen! I would never recommend him to anyone! We are also considering legal action against his company!
