    According to information in BBB files BeenVerified LLC has a pattern of complaint alleging Billing or Collection Issues. 

    Specifically, consumers are stating once they sign up with BeenVerified LLC and then try to cancel their contract they are continually billed after repeated cancellation requests.

    On July 13, 2023, BBB contacted BeenVerified LLC to request their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaint.

    On August 3, 2023, BeenVerified LLC responded with the following information as a means to eliminate the pattern of complaint:

    BeenVerified is committed to providing excellent customer care, and we provide a number of simple, convenient ways to cancel an account. Moreover, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with the service provided, please feel free to reach out to us and we would gladly help you out or provide a refund.

    The fastest way to cancel your subscription is through your BeenVerified account:

    1. Log in to your BeenVerified account.

    2. Once logged in, locate and click on the “Contact Us” option in the footer.

    3. From the available options, choose the “Cancel My Account” option.

    4. Confirm your cancellation request when prompted.

    You may also cancel your account at any time by:

    - Contacting customer service at 1-866-885-6480 (available 6am - 11:30pm EST)

    - Emailing [email protected]

    - Using our Contact Us Form (https://www.beenverified.com/contact/)

    - Chat online with our team members (https://www.beenverified.com/chat/)

Once you complete one of the aforementioned cancellation methods, a confirmation email will be sent to you for future reference.
