My Singer 4452 Sewing Machine had a timing issue, and the ****************** directed me to send it to Atlanta Sewing Machine, as they were the closest warranty repair shop. I shipped my sewing machine to them, but upon receipt they informed me it was not covered by warranty and would cost me for repairs. The price to repair was almost the same as the price to purchase a new machine, so I was trying to work with them about potentially trading it in for a newer model. When I decided I would just like my machine back, it took over two months for the company to return the machine. When I received the machine it was worse than when I shipped it to them; with several scuffs and scraps that were not there when I sent it, parts missing; and most importantly...it was now not functioning. I sent photos of the machine and the problems, and they offered to ship me another machine, because "they had tons of them with the timing issue". Therefore, it is safe to assume they did not send me back my initial machine. They told me the reason it was rusted now was because they just store them in a warehouse after 30 days. The fact that I was not told about the 30 day limit and they sent me back a nonfunctioning machine, that probably is not mine is wrong and I would like to be reimbursed for the machine.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction February ****** I left my H3233313030363****531H in the shop on February the 7th 2023 and they charged me $125 I took my H3233313030363****531H into the sawing H3233313030363****531H company at **** ******************** Atlanta ** ***** for repairs they kept the H3233313030363****531H for 2 1/2 months until I call them. They told me that they had to order part (they never showed me any type of part) they kept it for three more weeks I called again. ****** brought the H3233313030363****531H to my house and it still did not work, and the stem that held the thread was broken he went to his truck got his tools and he sat at my table for 25 minutes and worked on my H3233313030363****531H, my H3233313030363****531H worked for one day. I took my H3233313030363****531H back to the shop again they kept the H3233313030363****531H for two more weeks. I called again and again he brought the H3233313030363****531H to my house and again the H3233313030363****531H did not work he sat at the table again and work on the H3233313030363****531H for 12 to 15 minutes, it worked for two days. I called *********************** ************ and told him my H3233313030363****531H was not working. He said to me that he could not fix my H3233313030363****531H. I wrote *********************** a letter and CC to ****** with no avail. Also I sent a registered letter to the person on their web site that said he was a CEO ********************* who appeared on the website, no response. I am a 80 year old senior citizen on a fixed income. I cannot afford to buy new clothes so I take the ones in my closet and alter them so that I can have nice clothes to wear to church and this company has taken away part of my livelihood! I have called and sent three letters to them. Two on April, 7, 2023 one to ****** and ****** and one to CEO ********************* on August 22, 2023. They kept my money and refused to fix my H3233313030363****531H. This is the third time that I am contacting BBB. The first two times was through the *********** with attachments. Thank You ********************
