      I ordered a mailbox through this Company on July 13th, 2021. Once the mailbox was installed I informed the Company via phone and then later after lack of response, in writing it was installed slightly crooked at a slant. Over time it has slanted forward a little more. I asked them to come and fix the install. I was told to send them photos, which I did. Then I was told they will not be doing any warranty work in my community. This is NOT warranty work, this is simply the mailbox was not installed straight. I have contacted them numerous times. Each time it is a different excuse: 1. Someone needs to come to verify it wasn't hit by a car (I live in a closed gated HOA community and I'm the only house at the end of a dead end street, this has not occured and they never came, 2. I need to send more pictures, I did, in email, 3. The owner will come to the community but will not come look at my mailbox, 4. They will not do any work anymore in my community (My HOA forced us to purchase from this company, we purchased the mailbox but we had to PAY PERSONALLY therefore their responsibility and warranty and guarantee of install is between me and the Company and should have NOTHING to do with my community HOA and whatever issues they have with them personally). I told the Company if they did not respond with a date and solution to rectify this issue I would escalate. No response. I emailed again and told them if they did not respond I would file a BBB complaint and/or a claim with my credit card company. Again no response. I am filing this claim in an effort to have them fix my botched install. I never asked for a refund, yet. I simply asked them to fix the crooked install they completed. I feel they are purposely trying to run the clock to wash their hands of this issue vs standing behind their work. I paid $454.77 for this mailbox which INCLUDED a proper installation.
