Reason: Policy stated no refund and/or no adjustments. They did not share the proofs before doing work as promised and now refusing a over $400 refund or ******* correct the incorrect job Date of Transaction: November 21, 2022 Amount paid to FastSigns: $403.05 What FastSigns comitted to provide: Signs and graphics that cover all of our visual communication needs Nature of Dispute: 1. Incorrect address was placed on the quotation 2. Over Charging 3. FastSigns wasn't able to provide visual communication needs. They are claiming that proof of design was provided,however,the proof of design they are referring to was posted on our customer portal, which is electronic and does not give us visual elements or sample of the product that will be used despite their website clearly states that FastSigns provides Signs and graphics that cover all of our VISUAL COMMUNICATION NEEDS Whether FastSigns tried to resolve the problem: Refund request has been submitted to the sales representive immediately after seeing an unacceptable vinyl logo posted on our door that looks like a paper sticker. The representative (*****************) advised us that refund cannot be processed. We then asked for them to atleast revise the logo as paying $403.05 for a small sticker on the wall is beyond the pale. The representive (*****************) did not engage with the request,instead, he mentioned another payment for any additional/revision request. They did not share the proofs before doing the work as promised and now refusing a over $400 refund or to atleast make some revision/replacement.
