I ordered $87.49 worth of product from this company on March 28, 2024. It is now August 19, ************************************************* a refund. I have emailed this company around 15 times with only one response from them back in June stating that they are a small business and to just wait as well as a PARTIAL shipping statement, however the shipping tracking number only shows that the label was created but that the package has still not been shipped. Since then, I have not received any further communication and I have requested a refund 5 times. Still no response from company. This is unacceptable and I think this company is scamming people by taking orders and then not fulfilling them at all. I want a full refund from them.Initial Complaint

I purchased two bars of "detox + cleansing african soap bar" for a total of $26.98 pre-tax. My debit card was charged on May 13th for a total of $30.06. I never received an email with confirmation of purchase or a receipt. When I login to my account on the website, it states I have no history of purchase. I have emailed the company on 3 separate occasions asking for confirmation of purchase or shipment of product with no response. Their instagram account no longer allows for comments on posts or direct messaging as well.Initial Complaint

I ordered product from this company over 2 months ago and their customer service will not refund my money. They keep telling me that when it ships they will send me tracking information. I just want a refund. It shouldnt take 2 months to ship a product.Initial Complaint

I ordered an item and it still has not shipped in three weeks when their website says **** days. I have only gotten one response that the order was still in the time frame which it isnt. I ordered April 20th. I want my money back at this point and I will not be ordering again.Initial Complaint

Order Number: RTC5FVHM5VC3PQIO4R0OA0 or #***** Email: *********************** Order Date: Fri. October 8, 2021 Shipped To: *************************************************** I spent $42.06 at this business at the beginning of October completely aware that it may take a bit more time than usual for processing/shipping to occur as it is a small business. However, it has now been a month since I have ordered, and despite many attempts from myself and others to contact the business, they have not responded. I have seen multiple people comment on their TikToks asking for information about their orders only to have the comment section either completely deleted or the comments go without any response from the business. I have tried emailing and leaving comments as well that have gone completely unanswered and it's all a bunch of red flags to **** tried once again last night to comment on a TikTok they posted yesterday because it seemed that was the only place they frequently posted. When I checked this morning to see if anyone else had commented or to see if the business responded, they had not only turned off the comments for that video, but for every single one of their videos on the account (@cozy.atl on TikTok). There's no doubt in my mind that something is wrong.
