I ordered about $90 worth of product from Drunk Elephant on February 18th, 2023 (order #DEUS00174296). I received my order on February 24th, which is fine since the shipping was free anyway. But when I opened the container holding the products, I found that several of them had leaked out and were covering the rest of my products, and one of the bottle cap/pump was busted off completely, which was odd because you have to twist the bottle for the pump to actually come up, suggesting that it was used or opened prior to being packaged, and not the mail carrier's fault. I did not get to use any of my products, and I promptly emailed their customer service on February 24th to explain the issue, and got an automated response saying that they typically respond within 2-3 business days. I never heard back so I emailed again on February 28th, still only getting an automated reply. I am writing this review on March 2nd, 2023, after I just called the customer service line twice, only to hear an automated message saying that reps were too busy to answer and to email the same email I already emailed twice. I'm pretty irritated because I spent a decent amount of money on products that are not useable, and no one will return my calls or emails. If you're looking to order from this company I would say don't because if there is a problem, they will not attempt to fix it.
