            I purchased the MD pen in February. ***** Simmons was my sales rep. He promised me paperwork for my insurance company stating the pen was FDA cleared as that would be the only way i would be covered under my insurance. It is now October and I still haven't gotten the paperwork. I reached out to him a numerous amount of times and in September 2021 I have text messages stating to return the pen and everything I have and I will get fully refunded. He received everything back five weeks ago and has not refunded me to date or been answering emails or text messages. He now has my money approx $6000 and my MDPen and supplies he told me to ship back. Every time i call they say ***** has no one over him to talk to. This company is some sort of scam but if i have to, I'll take them to court. I have no machine and no money. He was super available when he wanted me to buy the machine and now he's ghosted me. Really sad and horrible business ethic.

            I highly recommend MDPen company. The device delivers great results. The team is very helpful and knowledgeable. The trainers also do a fantastic on-site and online training.The only negative thing that I can say about the device is it is loud and sounds like lawnmower (more like a weed eater).
