    ***, 23, I contacted Sociallyin about their marketing services. I spoke with the sales manager, **** and explained my company was in pre-launch phase, without an active website or social media, and our products were scheduled for delivery in June/July. Despite these facts, **** insisted we start marketing immediately to build brand awareness and drive future sales. I reluctantly agreed and signed a contract for $8K per month, based on ****'s promises that his team would create the content, including videos with models using our products.The content did not include the promised videos. When I raised these issues, they told me videos would cost an added $6K, plus model fees. I expressed my dissatisfaction. **** assured me that changes would be made. In May I learned from *******, Director of Revenue, **** had been providing false info to customers and was terminated. He promised to refresh our strategy and reduce the monthly costs to $3,500. No change was made to our strategy.Their team expressed frustration with their leader, as they were not allowed to communicate ideas about the unsuitable strategy. I terminated the contract in Sept after yielding no sales. In Oct I met with *******, a partner at Sociallyin. He admitted their strategy was wrong for our stage and should never have been executed. He admitted **** had misled many customers.I demanded a full refund. ******* later informed us that a refund was impossible, claiming they spent over 400 hrs on our brand, which seemed dubious. He offered free marketing services in lieu of a refund. However, he delayed meetings and ceased communication by Mar 2024.Sociallyin's actions constitute fraudulent misrepresentation, bait-and-switch advertising, deceptive pricing, breach of contract, high-pressure sales tactics, overpromising and underdelivering, exploiting vulnerabilities, and lack of transparency. Their practices have jeopardized our future. I demand a full refund for all payments made from Jan thru Sep, 23.
