I recently bought a new in box steamer from **** along with the paperwork stating it has a warranty. The cap on the water tank broke the **********. I tried to contact them to no avail and require a new tank and cap assembly to use my new productInitial Complaint

Called customer support to order replacement microfiber pads for my steamer. Receptionist kept harassing me to sign up for a promotion offer I repeatedly declined. I nicely asked to order the pads without the promo offer. I asked to speak to a supervisor, ***********************(Receptionist) hung up on me. I called again and was hung-up 2x times by two different receptionists. Last call I voiced I would call bbb and file a complaint. All I requested to do is order some replacement pads for my steamer, and got harassed by Haan to sign up for some promo I wasn't interested in. This is unacceptable and I want this rectified immediately. ********************************* **************.
