Haan steam cleaner will not turn on. Only used a few times. Worked really well. I thought the cord was too short but other than that it was a great steam cleaner. I tried calling and searching for website but to no avail.

I bought a Haan floor steamer and it worked for quite awhile but the water tank cracked last year. I attempted to buy a replacement part from the Haan website but after checking multiple times it was always 'sold out.' I decided to try emailing and asked if there was a waiting list for parts or any additional way to get a replacement part. I sent a couple emails over a period of several months and never received a response. Today I tried calling and the phone number listed on the Haan website is not correct. The person that answered the phone spoke Spanish so I did not understand what she was saying but I did gather that the number no longer belongs to Haan corporation. IF the Haan corporation is no longer in business, their site should be taken down or updated to reflect such information. IF they are still in business, I'm not sure how to justify their non-response other than their customer service is terrible. This is the website I'm referring to (https://www.haanusa.com/) where I pulled the phone number, email, etc. I have no problem buying a new steamer if I need to, but in an effort to be less wasteful I like to try and replace parts first if I can. The most frustrating thing is probably the time spent trying to replace the part, if, in fact, the company is no longer in business.

I bought a HAAN floor steamer a few years ago. The water tank has cracked and leaks constantly. I called HAAN Customer Service. The company representative insisted I must accept a $100 voucher and pay $2.85 processing fee before I could get a replacement part!
He stated it was his job to process the vouchers and until I accepted their offer I was not allowed to be transferred.
This is crazy! Several times I repeated what he said to me to confirm this ridiculous policy. He would not budge! Do not do business with this company. They are crooks and evidently just want people's credit card info and address for fraudulent purposes!!

I attempted to call Customer Service to cancel an order within minutes after ordering. No number goes to Haan USA. The numbers go to scammers. I wanted to cancel the order and i am afraid now my credit card will be scammed as well.

I bought a Haan floor steamer and the tanks break within months. For the past 6 plus months the replacement tanks are sold out. Nothing on website shows when they will be back in stock. They claim to be the best floor steamers on the market. They are the worst if you can't use them.
