First off text not financial filed my taxes without permission and without my knowledge I understand if you sign paperwork they automatically get to file but when I called and they stated that I did not have to file and they would mark my account that I did not have to file I went to file with another company It got flagged because tax net already did moving forward I had to do verification of my identity with *** which I've never had it on top of that when they filed my taxes they filed with the wrong bank account because I didn't even have my w2s yet so the bank account they used is wrong so now they're wanting me to foot the bill to overnight my refund which is $109 from ***** I have to pay in order to get my check I shouldn't have to pay it My taxes were released yesterday I was told that they were sent to my bank ******** never seen anything of course not it's not the account that was supposed to be used they're not answering my phone calls I want my money this is ridiculous The communication with this company is disgusting I have been calling for about a week trying to get a hold of a manager no one calls me back I want to talk to somebody I want to know where my money's at unfortunately the *** said if I do not get my money by Monday they will file an investigation for fraud against this business they said that this business has been flagged multiple times for this particular purpose now I'm terrified I want my refund plain and simple shouldn't hold people's money hostage I've never had this happen in my 20 years of getting a return never again will I attempt to ever file my taxes online I did this because I applied for the loan because I was in a pinchInitial Complaint

I applied for holiday loam in December 2023. I was told I was approved but never got money they then filed my taxes without my consent and I haven't received anything. Everytime I call business they hang up.Initial Complaint

12/17/2023 I applied for RAL and only received one email stating my application was under review. I filed my own taxes February 1st 2024 and I am still being charged $528. If I filed my own taxes how am I still being charged. That's not right this company is a complete fraud.Initial Complaint

I applied for this companys RAL loan. Which is to be based off a paystub. We applied for the loan and got approved. 3 days later we have not received said loan and when I called multiple times I was told we had to wait for irs acceptance of our return. I am not sure how they can file our return off of a paystub when we have special credits and write offs we are eligible for. I asked for our refund amount which they cant not even give me. There site clearly says the holiday RAL is instant. We were approved on the 2nd January. That loan should have been issued by now. If this is not settled asap. We will lawyer up and win as I have already had a consultation on this matter todayInitial Complaint

File for a holiday loan a week before Christmas was not told that I would have to wait until the 24th when the *** open to get a loan or be approved. Informed the lady that I don't want it and to cancel the loan and everything was told I cannot cancel the loan. This service is full of c*** and very misleading and the ridiculous price to file does not show until after you sign I will never use this company again and hope the viewers read these comments before filing a complete fraud.Initial Complaint

This company is false advertising. Taking peoples information and filing taxes with it especially incorrectly will not ask you for information or at least speak with a tax preparer to make sure the information is correct.Never answer the form once they receive your information and its a scam I thought they were legit but it turns out not they need to be investigatedInitial Complaint

On December 12, 2023 I did an application with Taxnet Financial for a Refund Anticipation Loan. I sent all my documents they needed and even signed an agreement on December 17, 2023. Since then I haven't received my loan they do not respond to my emails, and the customer service agents are unprofessional. They tell me to wait for an email that never comes. I also asked them to withdraw my application I do not want to do business with them and they ignore me steady saying wait on the email. I'm also told everyday the loan officer have to make a decision when I have already been sent an agreement to sign. This seems like a scam because most tax refund loans are funded within a hour or two and it's been a week. I do not want this company filing my taxes because they did not do what was promised. $750.00 have not been deposited into my account, something needs to be done about this.
