      I initially order the GovTech Blueprint on 4/30/2024 and used affirm loan to purchase service. As of June 26th, 2024, I have yet to receive the product. I disputed with affirm and sent them over three e-mails, in which I attempted to contact the merchant for the digital product. ****** resolved the dispute claiming that the merchant sent them a welcome e-mail with login details. I have not received this e-mail. I asked ****** to forward to me the information, yet Im unable to get this information from Affirm.

      8/29/23 I attended a presentation and purchased the GovTech BluePrint online course + 1:1 consultation for $1000 using Affirm payment plan. 8/30/23 I emailed ************************ to inquire about joining the discord group she mentioned and how to schedule my consultation. On 8/31/23 I received the following response - Thank you for reaching out. As of the moment one on one consultation or weekly calls id not being offered. Once its back we will give you an update.11/16/23 I emailed again to follow-up regarding the consultation that was included in my purchase of the GovTech BluePrint consultation 11/20/23 I received this response....We will be sending out emails regarding the onboarding call some time this week or next week.1/11/24 I emailed again 1/11/24 I received this response...The onboarding call will be every Mondays, you can join on January 15 at 7:30PM EST with a link to join 1/15/24 I sent a message via IG stating I joined the call/zoom but it was just me and one other person. 1/15/24 I received a response via IG stating at the end of August they decided to remove the consultation onboarding call and switch things to a group onboarding.1/15/24 I responded that was unacceptable as that is not what was sold to me and I requested a refund 1/15/24 I received a response that someone from the customer service team would reach out first thing the next morning. As of today (1/31/24) I have not heard from anyone

      Dear BBB,
      We apologize for the oversight regarding [Customer's Name]'s consultation link. We have made multiple attempts to contact the customer via phone and email, offering a $500 refund and the consultation link. The customer has access to updated course materials and lifetime access to our community, typically costing $100/month, at no additional charge.
      Upon review, we discovered the customer's email was inadvertently omitted from the list that received the consultation link, an honest mistake by our team. We have sent screenshots showing the email was sent to 79 people and 50 consultations were held, but her email was missed.
      Actions Taken to Rectify:
      Contact Attempts: Multiple phone calls and emails to the customer.
      Refund Offered: Provided a $500 refund as a goodwill gesture.
      Consultation Link: Sent the consultation link to the customer.
      Continued Access: Granted access to updated course materials and our $100/month community for free.
      We are committed to resolving this issue and ensuring customer satisfaction. We hope our actions demonstrate our dedication to rectifying this situation. We kindly request this complaint be considered for removal given the steps we have taken to address the customers concerns.
