This review is for "FirstCall Telemedicine" under the domains firstcalltelemedicine.com and firstcalltelemed.com (but they apparently operate under multiple other names and domains and use multiple contract agencies for their supporting call center and customer service operations). The fine print on the home page of the website lists the parent business name as "MyTelemedicine" located at physical address "*******************************************************". A search of the tenants at this address indicates that they occupy suites 700, 710 and 800 under the name "Lyric Health" (getlyric.com).This company has been billing me $15.95 against my will for months without providing any easy or self-service way to cancel my account / service via phone or the website.- Even though I am able to login to the website and view my account, there is no self-service way to cancel my account or request cancellation of my account.- The customer service phone number option for billing questions is hardly ever answered by a live human being (only one time in my experience).- I have left multiple voice messages requesting a callback concerning my account - none of which have been returned.- Repeated calls to the "scheduling department" result in runarounds, transfers to customer service agents who can't locate my account, or provide any escalation to management to get the issue resolved.- On one occasion I managed to actually reach a live person who was supposedly a billing specialist via phone; she stated to me that my account had been cancelled but yet I was subsequently charged the same amount on the same date following.This company provides terrible customer service and has seemingly strung together a house of cards business where one department is as incompetent as the next at best, or, at worst is engaging in deceptive business practices that do not prioritize or respect the needs and desires of the consumers they claim to serve with their "revolutionary" business model.
