DO NOT USE I&I MOBILE! I initially contacted I&I Mobile to replace a flat tire I had. When calling, I wasn't able to connect to anyone, but I received a text shortly after stating "Mobile tires Do you need assistance" ... I responded with details regarding what I needed, my location, my car, and tire size. After further discussion, I was able to make arrangements for someone to come out that day to replace the tire with a new one. Approximately 2 hrs later, someone comes to my home and changes the tire & all is well until I drive the car. When driving the car, I can't explain it, but I do hear some sort of faint noise coming from the side of where the tire was replaced. When making turns, going around curves or down a hill, I can feel some type of strain like feeling on the side where the tire was replaced. I sent a text to the # that I was initially texting to explain what's going on and find out my options and I never received a response. I have now replaced my other tire to "even" things out and have also gotten a wheel alignment because that's what I was told by a "mechanic" who inspected the tires and put the latest new one on. Clearly, the wheel alignment is not it and whatever was done when changing my tire initially, it's causing whatever noise I'm hearing. I now need to schedule an appointment to just have the vehicle inspected overall because idk what the person I&I sent out did to my vehicle!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!

Company came out to replace a tire and rim on my vehicle. A few days later I noticed that I needed to purchase a single rim as another one was also damaged. The company told me that I could come to their shop for pickup. After paying, I received my rim and as I opened the box, I noticed the lug nuts were removed. The company argued back and forth and told me they do not provide lug nuts. Keep in mind that I just purchased this same rim a few days prior which did indeed come with lug nuts. I requested a refund through customer service and was hung up one. I called two other times and was hung up on. At this point they stopped answering my calls. I ended up having to spend more money on lug nuts on top of the hassle of calling around and searching the web being that this was an after market rim and the lug nuts were difficult to locate. I do not recommend this company. They also did not place the tire pressure sensor on the tire that they replaced. When I asked they said that I would need to have a tire shop do it. Well is this not a mobile tire shop? DO NOT PATRONIZE WITH THIS BUSINESS.
