Our company, ******, **** based in *********, ** entered into a ONE year contract with Rapid Fire Tools 5 years ago. The contract was to renew each year for 12 months each time. We realized that their product was far less than useful and did not provide the services offered. It simply did not work. We informed them that we wished to cancel the contract and will not authorize any further payments. In 2021, the contract was automatically renewed for THREE years without any authorization. We contacted Rapid Fire Tools to cancel the contract and advised them that the renewal was unauthorized as well as the new THREE year period. Then began a series of calls with various contacts with Rapid Fire Tools in which they simply refused to cancel the contract. I see that there have been several similar complaints involving the same renewal issues by other companies. This seems to be their mode of operation.
