I strongly believe any parking lot that allows this booting service to operate within their lots...needs to have explicit signage warning of the $75 boots for simply just parking on or over parking space lines. It's unfair hustling tactics. I used a lot two days in a row because I was happy with the service after my first experience. The second day... The lot was full and in fact... The row I parked in... The majority of the vehicles were parked over lines. It's why I parked the way I did but I fit still perfectly between the two vehicles. You think if there was signage sharing it being a violation... That there would be practically a whole row parked that way to begin with? Of course not. There were other cars (I believe 4) hit with the same tactics but ironically... The new SVU parked to my right that was over their lines... Didn't have a boot. I stayed in the parking lot an hour after it was removed and that vehicle was not touched. I get the hustle but darn... Have some morals. A punishment shouldn't be used that way if it's not warned first. I see lack of action and communications from this company on other complaints so not expecting a reply to all but you guys should know you aren't going to be allowed to use these shady tactics forever.

I paid for parking at a parking deck & was texted a link showing I had valid parking until 4:41. I come back to my car at 4:31 to find it booted. I told the guy he made a mistake but instead was rude, condescending, and refused to hear me out or even consider ny evidence against him. He would not back down until I finally gave in and was like Fine. I will shut up and pay and then his tune changed quickly. There was clearly no point to paying originally since I was booted anyways, and this is predatory parking practices. I have a screenshot of my parking validation and a call record of me calling the company to get my boot off before my time was up. I paid $5.75 to park and $75.60 to get a wrongful boot removed. After paying originally the link I paid on & was the one provided by the parking deck allowed me to add two more hours free on top of that. They clearly must get commission or something off the boots they do, because he was NOT backing down.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Advanced Booting regarding predatory booting practices and terrible customer ************************* May **, 2024, I parked my vehicle at the *****************. Upon returning I discovered that I had been immobilized with a boot, and a notice was affixed indicating that a substantial fee needed to be paid to have the boots removed. No date, no time no way to pay. I subsequently called to have it removed and pay the fees to have the boot removed. Ive called 5 times to the extension that was initially provided. ****** said hes off of work so that he cant. Gave me another extension and despite calling 3 more times, I was hung up on while being on hold. The fifth I was told they would be at my home to remove the boot in 35 - 40 minutes. They never came. I spoke to the front desk and my apartment complex noticed the employees lie multiple times about contacting me and coming to the location. I am on the 3 hour and an half marker waiting for the boots to be taken off. I have been unable to leave my home to get food that was supposed to be picked up. Advanced Booting has poor customer **********************, lies to customers and boots vehicles without proper warning or justification. As a result of these predatory booting practices, I do not know what they are going to decide to charge me. No date, time or other information is on the ticket. They can make up any price they want as they already seem to have a track record of shady dealings. Whenever they finally decide to arrive, I will only be paying $75 dollars. I request that Advance Booting: Reimburse of the unjustified fees charged for boot removal and wasting hours of my time and the dinner that I am being charged for that Im not being able to retrieve. Update: the individual who came out was polite. This doesnt change that I have had a horrible experience with this company I want my $75 back from this fraudulent company.

Have a booting ticket on 3/20, I paid the price of full day parking which was $9 after tax and fees when the board clearly says $6 if enter before 10am and leave before 11:59pm.The app does have a check in and check out time and 10:30am even the price is the same as full day parking if its 11:30pm.Showed the rep the ** code he said you will have to go through the online portal to dispute the charge. Did that over a month ago, I got no case number/ email / phone or letter confirmation or follow up. Called the office no one ever picked up. Filed another dispute again with recording this time a proof.Looked at ****** review, they seemed to have done that to a lot of people which I think the practice of this business is unmoral.

On Sunday 5/5/2024 I parked my car in the parking deck off ********** and *********. The name of the parking deck Spire Retail. Inside the parking deck I parked in a spot that did not have no parking, fire lane, emergency lane or anything. I came back to my car to find boot on it. I called the number for the booting company Advanced Booting Services, *** and asked them to come remove my boot. It took the person bout 45 mins to get to me which was about 2am. I asked why is there a boot on my car in a parking deck. He tried to come up with some fake a** excuse about a fire lane, which I have pictures and videos and it was no fire lane. The person ******* that came to collect the money walked in the parking garage on foot. I thought that was strange also, if you putting boot on peoples cars why you not in a vehicle. You have made we wait on you while my parking bill goes up. When I went to exit the parking, I push the call button and the person on the other end said the company had not given anyone permission to boot any cars in their deck. So it appears that Advance Booting I just running scams to take people money. The person opened the gate so I would not have to pay more money. I will b filing a complaint with the **************

I went to bulldogs, which is a local lgbt nightclub in ******* on ************. This I parked near the intersection of 7th and ********* in front of the *****************. As a person who knows that parking is not free, I used my *********** app and parked at zone *****. I have screenshots of the app showing the available zone to park in as well as screenshots of the time my parking ended. I came back to my car only to find a boot on it. I called and reached out to speak with management and the manager who identified himself only as ******* stated that it wasnt his problem and also that I needed to pay the $75 to get my car unbooted. As an ******* resident, I am familiar with how things work as far as parking. HOWEVER, I do not work for the *************** and it is NOT my responsibility to know every single parking service in the city. I opened my app, the zone that I was parked in popped up and I paid for parking and went inside to enjoy my night. Again, I have screenshots of each of these transactions. *******, who was clearly sleeping, proved to be horrible representation of the company and told me that it wasnt his problem and that I needed to pay the $75 or he did not know what to tell me. I explained to him calmly and professionally that I had screenshots and proof of the zones that showed available via a app that I as a citizen use often, and that this wasnt right because I personally am not in charge of memorizing towing/boot companies nor am I responsible to communicate between towing/booting companies which company is in charge of which zone, ESPECIALLY if I utilize an app that shows that they accept payment from me because they manage a zone I am parked in. Again, I have ALL screenshots and proof of everything that I am saying. ******* was extremely unprofessional as well as unhelpful to me. This is sad that as a resident I have to deal with companies attempting to loophole their way in some money.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Advanced Booting regarding predatory booting practices, which have resulted in unjustified financial burden and distress for myself and my guests. On December 30, 2023, and January 23, 2024, my guests parked their vehicles in my deeded parking space #*** at the Washington Condominiums. Upon returning to their vehicles, they discovered that they had been immobilized with a boot, and a notice was affixed indicating that a substantial fee needed to be paid to have the boots removed. I subsequently paid the fees on their behalf to have the boot removed. Upon further inquiry and investigation, I discovered that Advanced Booting employs predatory booting practices, targeting unsuspecting vehicle owners without proper warning or justification. As a result of these predatory booting practices, I was unfairly burdened with $150 fee in order to have the boot removed from my guests vehicle. This financial hardship, coupled with the distress and inconvenience caused by the immobilization of the vehicles, constitutes an unacceptable business practice. In light of these grievances, I request the following actions from Advance Booting:Reimbursement of the unjustified fees charged for boot removal.Assurance that predatory booting practices will cease immediately My deeded parking space will no longer be booted unless I call to boot unauthorized vehicles.I trust that the Better Business Bureau will investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address these predatory booting practices. I am willing to provide any additional information or evidence to support this complaint.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a prompt resolution.

I paid for parking at ***********************************. Went to the kiosk which the parking lot provided, paid $11.00 ($10 was the parking and$1.00 was for tax) for 3 hours of parking. Once the transaction was completed the kiosk stated that my tag was my receipt of purchase, did not receive a paper receipt. My time was to expire after 12 midnight (***** stated 12:13am). I returned to the parking lot around 11:45pm to retrieve my vehicle and it had a boot on it. I located the lot attendant and informed him (*****) that my vehicle was booted before my actual time expired. He stated he was only doing what he was told. I reached out to the company and was told that they was unable to locate a payment associated with my license plate. I sent through email a picture of the original receipt, and two pictures of both payments. Spoke with ***** on the phone and was informed that maybe the kiosk needed to be audited to prove payment prior to booting. After several emails the Company asked for a copy of a receipt with the time, that was not given from their kiosk machine. I provided copies of the transaction history with the date but not time.

My family and I all parked in this lot on Dec 27. We all paid for parking and returned withing the 2 hour time period. When we returned my car had a boot on it. Neither I or either of the other 2 cars that parked here received any type of receipt or documentation that we paid for parking. I was forced to pay the $75 to get my car released. The attendant offered to take the boot off if I gave him $20! There were at least 5 cars in the immediate vacinity of my vehicle that had boots on them although the signs for how to pay were clearly posted on all the spaces. I find it difficult to believe that many people either didn't pay or went over the time. I think they are scamming people and want to report them for bad business practices.

This company booted my car in the community where I live. November 2023.I showed my parking decal and the employee was new, so I understood that he didn't know what else to do but for me to make the payment, so he could remove the boot. He told me to contact the company... which I did, but no response. This is complete fraud.
