I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience with your company. I placed an order on August 10th, with an expected delivery date of August 16th. Unfortunately, on August 16th, I called to inquire about the status of my delivery as I had not received any updates. To my surprise, I was informed by ******* that the store never received my order, and now I will have to wait until August 21st to receive it. This delay has caused significant inconvenience as I am currently moving alone. I had taken time off work specifically to accommodate the delivery on August 16th. Due to this issue, I now need to take additional time off and arrange for another truck to move my items, which will result in additional costs. To make matters worse, I encountered an unsatisfactory response from your customer service team. When I reached out for assistance, I requested some form of compensation or assistance due to the inconvenience caused by this delay. However, I was informed by your supervisor, Princess, that because I purchased through Acima, I am not entitled to any support. Despite my attempts to explain the situation, she continued to repeat this statement without addressing my concerns. When I called again, I specifically requested to speak with a different supervisor, but I was transferred back to Princess, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Given the major inconvenience this has caused during an already stressful move, I respectfully request that American Signature offer a store credit or some form of compensation for the delay and the unprofessional behavior I experienced with your customer service team. I look forward to a prompt resolution of this matter.
