    I use Modivcare quite frequently in the ******* area thru my insurance company. Not only are they always on time, but their drivers really care about their passengers. In my experience they not only hire good, capable drivers, but I always feel safe while riding with them. I would definitely recommend using their services for your medical transport needs.

    If there were zero stars I would have used that. ****** scheduled a ride to be here to pick up an elderly woman in a wheelchair at 1:00. At 3:00 when we called, ****** said that trip had been cancelled and reschedule for 4:20 and gave us reference # ******. It is now 5:00, nobody has picked her up and Shia is telling us that ****** cancelled that trip. The staff leaves at 5:00 and the building locks itself. So this poor elderly woman in a wheelchair should do what? Sit outside on the sidewalk? ****** should be fired and ModivCare should be closed down.
