This company's employee misrepresented himself and took unauthorized money from my credit card. I would give less than 1 star if possible. I feel as though the employee stole from me and my companions. Extremely disappointed. They should not be allowed to conduct business, very unethical.Review from Michele B

Delta vacations booked ** at the wrong hotel for our annual trip with friends. A rep told me it was likely because our requested hotel was full--however, ******* DID NOT say she was booking us at an altrnative hotel. We caught the error but it was too late for Delta to fix. They told us to check wtih hotel upon arrival. Hotel began to assist--but when they realized we booked through delta vacations--they couldnt help us. Customer service was non-existant, no attempt by Delta to compensate us for ruining our annual vacation with friends we only see once or twice a year. Trying to leave a comment/complaint on the Delta Vacations website won't go through--just keeps bringing me back to the "confirm and submmit" page--without ever submitting. I will never book through Delta Vacations again--and will warn anyone who asks not to use them either. Very disappointing.Review from Glen S

My problem with Delta Vacations was my transportation to and from the Airport. Set it up 24 hours in advance. I set it up 48 hours in advance. The Delta Representative tells me to be in the lobby at 12:30. I get in the lobby at 12:15. She tells me she said 10:30 a.m. Now pissed!! I know what she told me.(you know) Rep on the Riu ************* Resort is inexperienced has to call someone for everything! Long story short I had to pay $140 to get to the Airport. Because of a lazy a** inexperienced Delta rep. I would never use Delta All Inclusive EVER AGAIN!Review from Daniella F

TLDR: They are advertising false information and their user experience is terrible. Avoid.Flight+Car used to be available as a bundle deal with delta vacations. Now it is apparently not available - however - you can get all the way through the booking process on the website, choosing specifics and entering credit card numbers, then you just get an error message. When I called the helpline (which was staffed by actual humans so credit for that!) they said people were "abusing the system" and getting cheap flights and never picking up the car, so they ended the deal. It's fine to end the deal but don't continue to advertise the deal and act like the deal is still available. The error message prompts you to keep trying or call the helpline, so I did waste a lot of time trying before I spoke to someone. Once I spoke to the helpline associate, she was apologetic but unable to offer any solution outside of booking the flight at the regular price, which was extremely frustrating having spent so long researching the best deal.Review from Jake K

Horrible experience. I've wasted so much time trying to use their website, trying to call in and get them to book for me. I've been trying to book a trip for my wife, myself, and our 4 children. *************** is only 1 year old, and that apparently makes the process impossible to do online. There is no option to select infant online. When I called in to do the process what she was seeing for available rooms is different than what I see online, and is also different than the hotels website. We had a great experience with Delta Vacations! I did read a lot of mixed reviews before we booked. Honestly, most of the bad reviews were related to travel issues you could have anywhere. Any travel comes with risk, and any travel changes definitely bring risk! We booked a 9 day trip to ***** from *******, **. Everything went great with our flights and hotel!! All of the customer service reps that I spoke with were very nice and helpful! I honestly have no complaints! Thank you Delta Vacations!!Review from Mel G

DELTA VACATIONS SUCKS!!! RUN, RUN AND RUN SOME MORE!!!Warning: NEVER, ever book anything with them. They have very deceitful practices and will not handle your reservations with concerns:THEIR BUSINESS MODEL: To take as much money from you for adjustments, changes and/or cancellations. The agents do not follow-up with you on changes (via email). I called in for more than 30 minutes to make the changes to no avail. As a result, I lost more than $1,600 with this SHADY business. If you are looking for a company that you can TRUST to take care of you and your family for travel, fun, etc. DO NOT CHOOSE DELTA BUSINESS!!! They are crooks, liars and incompetent, thieves who create business practices to nickel and dime you out of your money!Review from Mike Z

Had reservations for 10 months, they left an email today, 3 weeks before our vacation that it's canceled. Never had I ever dealt with a company with such a too bad so sad attitude. And basically what they're telling us.
