Date of transaction was May 13th, 2022 Amount total ****** flight future credit is ****** Due to cancellations, I wanted to change the date of my flight to september 30th, 2022. The agent informed me that I can directly re-book my flight with SouthWest airline after cancelation I asked her a couple times before cancelation to confirm that i can book directly with SWA. After cancelation was completed, I went directly to SWA with my e-ticket voucher 2EGK6E to redeem credit and wasn't able to. I called SWA and they notified me that they were not able to redeem credit due to DestinaHolidays holding the funds. I sent multiple support request to DestinaHolidays and also called and never got a resolution or answer about my future credit not redeemable on SWA. I sent their policy on SWA credits and the only fee that was posed was a 25 per person fee. Now (11/15/2022) they are saying I can only re-book with them and have to pay $200 /along with the difference in fare. They also no longer have any SWA flight on their site. I just want to re-book with SWA or either get a refund. If i was informed initally about this i would have never changed my flight. I have the support transcripts of what was told to me.
