Northside Professionals removed a tree from my property. However, the ***** grinder left a complete mess in my back yard, side yard, and front yard. Debris is everywhere. Exposed roots are still sticking up through the pile of wood chips. Also, a pile of roots were laid by the outside of my neighbor's fence. I have pictures of everything. This job took place on February 21, 2024. I have contacted the company and also the salesperson (via phone and text message). The salesperson on February 21, 2024 assured me he contacted the owner and the chips would be removed. On February 29, a representative came out and took pictures of my complaint. Since, I would be out of town, it was stated to me that he would contact me on March 11, 2024 and set up an appointment for the ***** grinder to remove the roots and clean up the debris. Today is April 1, 2024 and I have as yet heard from him. I paid someone to come by to remove some chips that they left. However, now I realize the ***** grinder should have removed the chips and placed them in a pile. Also, smooth the dirt. I've had two trees removed previously from a company and they placed the chips in a pile and smooth the dirt. You cannot tell that trees were previously there. The company will not been paid until the job is completed ($1,950). Yet, I am receiving invoice notices and was told this is automated. I would like the ***** grinder to come back out and remove the exposed roots, smooth the soil, and remove any remaining debris. Also, reduce the charges (invoice) since the job was not complete.Business response

******,
I am so sorry for the trouble this has caused you. We do not expect you to pay until you are pleased with the work that has been completed. It sounds like we have a way to go. We admit that we have dropped the ball and still have work to do. At this point, our plan of action is to have ****** and **** both meet with you to come up with a plan and execute a plan that you are in full agreement. I am sorry to take more of your time, but we have to make sure we get everything right. After this is complete, I am happy to discuss what a fair reduced rate would be for services performed.
Thank you

I am rejecting this response because again I raked large roots (picture attached) at the age of 70 (female). When I asked **** about smoothing the dirt, he stated this was earthen material undistirbed by ***** grinder. He also stated any evening out would require skid steer with cutting bucket.i dont even know what that is? This is ridiculous. Smoothing out the dirt was listed in my original complaint. This company does a poor job of fulfilling their responsibility. Please reach out to them. Have the owner reduce the charge, send me a new invoice and we can end it there. I am tired of going back and forth with Northside. The pic cannot be attached because you all dont accept large files.
Sincerely,

******************,
I apologize that we did not meet your expectations. After sending multiple teams out several times to fix this issue and amassing expenses that far superseded our amount on the job, it turned out that you were still not satisfied. After speaking to you, I was under the assumption that reducing the bill would solve this problem. Per your rejection it appears it did not. Please let us know what we can do to make it right.
Thanks,

I am rejecting this response because:First of all you did not send multiple teams out several times to fix the issues. Two people came out on April 15 and when I questioned the mounds I was told something about getting a skid steer with cutting bucket. What the heck is that? I still raked roots. I paid the company and as far as I am concerned the BBB complaint is closed!
Sincerely,
