I had made arrangements with who I believed to be the manager of the car lot on veterans memorial parkway for the second time because of death in my family to pay my car note at the end of this month alone with the payment that would be due for that present month in other words pay two car notes which I had done previously when my sister died earlier this year. Unknown to me without any notice of writing or phone calls to my home number or cell number according to the young *** that picked My car up on the 7 which was a Monday because All their lots are closed on Monday the real manger had ordered the pickup the Thursday before I have contacted them many many times and finally got the real manger on the phone with no avail to them honoring the agreement that was set up and only with ***** the manager hanging the phone up on me once before that telling me that I would be hearing from the finance company but refusing to give me the name and or number of the finance company and I have been trying to find out who the finance company is every since because I'm not able to get to my paperwork because of the same reason I had to make the arrangements to pay my car note the end of this month on the *********************************************************** an attempt to pay off this car as soon as possible trying to have it paid off before another death in my family knowing that I would be the one to have to pay the bulk of the expenses I believe I have just about paid for My car and this is the reason that they had it picked up because I had it set up in this manner 400 to the car note and the second 400 going to the interest payment every month since I purchased the car still trying to find out who the finance company is with no luck I am a mental health disabled veteran with two other siblings that live across from one another and I have not been able to get by to see or check on them nor go to any appointments I have had for myself nor to a food bank to aid myself in meals until I get paid on the 28 of this month. I want My car back in my possession with them delivering it back to me and I want an apology from themInitial Complaint

1) on Nov 7th the company repossessed my vehicle without notice .2) I immediately contacted the administration asking about the vehicle, it's where abouts and how to retrieve 3) I also explained to the company I was at that time in the middle of a legal family crisis.4) the vehicle was one month behind 5) the vehicle was insured 6) my possessions we're taken along with the vehicle 7) the administrative assistant responded with we have to send your information to " finance " to see if you are "approved " to get your vehicle back .8) mind you , I was and had explained the emergency to which this company did NOT care and has faulty practices .9) the company demanded I re submit proof of income, insurance binder just to retrieve my vehicle .10) after a while and dealing with the crisis I was in back then , I found the way to retireve and send all of the documents .11) this company placed me on hold and did not return my phone calls , email inquiries nor ******** messages .12) I asked to please speak with the fiance department and the representative(same one as before ) said she doesn't know who the "finance department ," is and that I cannot talk to them IN ADDITION this representative requested I contact the auto insurance company directly and have them email my auto insurance policy directly. I did so and waited .13) no one responded . No one returned my calls after I turned in allll of he documents in mid - family crisis. 14) finally **** friendly yet unethical, stated he would need payments in advance and a possible recovery fee AND perhaps a down payment for me to retrieve my vehicle . I re explained the crisis and assured him I needed my vehicle and already provided documents . I even presented this company with the past due amount of ($600).15) After this conversation, **** said he would contact me , after reviewing my documents , he never did . This dealership sold me a car that it's "car engine light" came on within the month of purchase. They kept giving me the run around,in hopes that their warranty expired.When they finally accepted to fix my car,they still asked for my payment while my car was still in the shop.After me asking for updates,they finally said I violated my contract and they were going to repo my car.They are using false accusations to keep my car and all downpayment and payments made thus far.At this point,the staff is being awful and rude and are not wanting to give me any written document,we're it states "they" took my car and not that "I" returned it.I feel like they took advantage of me and I want to prevent anyone in the future from these people.Initial Complaint

Hello I buy a ***** Odyssey on feb 18***** and I when to pick up on feb 19 ***** and I drove it home and drove to ******* and the. Came home and on feb 21 ***** the ***** Odyssey stop working so I call the dealship and text them too about it they are close so next day I call and text them again tell them that it stop work and I told them was going on and then they send a towing *********** havent hear back from them so I called the dealership back again to see what was going on and a manager from the dealership respond to me in a rude way I was trying to see what was going on with my truck and they told me that I was not responsible for any problem truck after I sign the paperwork But this is the four car I had takeout from this dealership I never had an issue when I had an issue they always fix it but now they dont wanna fix it because they say its expensive thing to fix but I havent been 30 days since I buy the truck what can I do because they dont wanna fix it and then my next payment is due 5 I put down $1500 and on 5 I have to gave $500 in still I get $2500 and then my first payment would startBusiness response
