We were out of town 6/18 thru 8/10 Came home to a high water usage alert for ****** gallons while we were not even in the house In 4 years we have never used more than 7000 gallons/month even with visitors at the house The house was being checked by neighbors once a week, no problems at all Piedmont said leaky toilet!!!!****** plus gallons of water would fill a 40/20 pool 5 feet deep!No water any where inside or out There was a Piedmont water problem 2 houses away at the time of the outrageous readings. after Piedmont corrected their problem our readings magically went back to normal!!Even if there was a leak and there wasnt.the leak magically fixed itself!In order to request water Piedmonts term someone inside the house would have to do that thru a faucet,sink,showerbut no one was home We do not have a sprinkler system and dont water outside The neighbors checking the house saw nothing going on in or out Piedmont refuses to check investigate or even talk about the issue!!!By the way the bill was @ $1600!!!!!We have NEVER used anywhere near that amount of water per Piedmonts historical stats for our property They refuse to investigate or acknowledge a problem on there side or with their equipment
