      I had purchased The Robotic Pool Cleaner Aiper Scuba S1 Pro on line. It doesnt work. We had put it in the water twice and the machine went about 5 feet and died. Aiper personal that I talk to went thur. the procedure with me on my phone and still didnt do anything. He had told me that it had to be program one time and then it will work. It failed. I have talk to 2 supervisors and got the run around. I didnt recieve a receipt for the machine. Not thur. both of my emails or inside of the box. This was a big issue with them. How can I give them a receipt when I didnt get one. I have a verification on my checking account that they took out the money. ************************* My number is ************

      Good morning,I brought an Aiper Seagull Pro pool vacuum June 2,2023. This year the motor stop working. I called Aiper customer service at ************ on July ******. The representative opened a case ********* for me and advised I would receive an email from the care team which I did. I was instructed to send pictures of my machine, which I did. I received an email stating I have a motor issue I can mail the Seagull Pro back to them and when they receive notice I have sent the machine they would immediately mail me another one. I sent the Seagull Pro back on July 12, 2024 Aiper received it July 15, 2024 via ***** tracking number 7773 2917 0511. They have not mailed me another Seagull Pro. I have reached out to them by email and phone on several occasions and all I get is sorry for the delay. I have escalated my claim and nothing since. Today July 23,2024 I received an email asking me to complete a survey regarding my experience. I called the customer service line to say I have mot received my Seagull Pro and was advised I will receive an email from the care team.

      Purchased Aiper Seagull Pro in July 2023. It stopped working in May 2024. Contacted company and was told a new one would arrive in 3-5 days. I waited and never received anything. I then received a ***** label that was issued and immediately cancelled by this company. Im still waiting and sent our broken one back a month ago. The company has offered ***** and a refurbished model. This is not acceptable. They have been misleading and are unethical to say the least. I would like to have my money returned or an upgraded model with monetary compensation. The warranty is suppose to be two years. This company is terrible to work with and is not at all interested in consumer satisfaction. Any help would be appreciated.

      I bought an Aiper Seagull Pro cordless pool vacuum via Amazon on May 4th, 2023(order number 114-5075080-7505811 and serial number ************** ). I paid $964.18 for the unit. I recently started having issues with it not working properly. I reached out to Aiper on June 24th to see about a replacement. They approved the return on June 25th, and sent me a shipping label to send it back. I sent machine back to them via ***** on June 26th. One July 2nd Aiper said replacement unit was shipped and gave me a tracking number Tracking No.: 777094503740(Fedex). On July 8th I checked the tracking number and it showed it hadn't even been shipped. I again reached out to Aiper and was told by ******* that the replacement order for me on June 27th was returned to their warehouse for unknown reasons. On July 9th she said that another replacement order had been created and I would get a tracking number on it. I patiently waited and never rec'd any email/tracking number for replacement unit. On July 16th I emailed her once again asking where my tracking number was for replacement unit. After several days I rec'd a reply from her telling me that they're out of stock of that unit and that is why I didn't receive a tracking number. It seemed like they were in no hurry at all to send my replacement unit. I sent her an email on the 17th letting her know my frustration. I told her that I would like a reply within the next two days letting my know when I would receive the replacement and that if I didn't hear from her, I would contact the BBB. I also told her that I would prefer not to reach out to my attorney regarding the issue, but would if I had to as this is a very expensive item. Aiper rec'd my defective unit almost 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting on the replacement unit. My only ask is that Aiper send my replacement unit asap. Preferably overnight or 2 day shipping as I feel I've waited long enough.

      I purchased a Seagull Plus Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner March 24,2024. Order #AIPERUS0044556. It stopped working 6/20/2024, I tried repeatedly to charge it but it just would not run. I called Aiper 6/24/2024 and reported the failure. They asked me to send pictures and video of the malfunction which I did. They got back to me that they could not replace the machine. Then they said they could send a refurbished machine and credit me $50 for my inconvenience. I did not notice that they said they would send a refurbished Seagull SE, not my Seagull Plus. So I mistakenly said ok. As soon as I received the Seagull SE I said this is the wrong machine, it's too small, I do not want it. I will send it back to them when they either credit me my cost of the Seagull Plus or send me a replacement. They keep ignoring the 12 month warranty, which states "This product comes with a 12 month warranty that covers your item's battery and motor from the date of purchase". Now they say they will credit me $126 and I keep the Seagull SE. I do not want it, it won't do what I need for my size pool. I want a credit for my cost, or a Seagull Plus replacement, although now I don't think I even want to bother with them anymore. They will not answer any questions about the warranty.

      6/29/2023 Amazon.com Order#***-8335780-4539439 $184.23 Issues started late May early June, stopped function on end of June. Attempted to contact Aiper since July 2nd and July 5 and 8th. Called them on 7/11. They email backed on 7/11 and verdicted the machine should have malfunctioned.Please understand that we offer free replacements for products with quality issues that are under warranty. As the order is out of warranty, Aiper policy allows us to offer you a paid out-of-warranty service basically either sell me a refurbish or new one with a small discount.

      I am trying to buy a Aiper Scuba SE Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner and it has a coupon code on the picture that says: Apply our coupon to enjoy a discount of 50%!Get it with $99.99 When I try to apply it, nothing happens, when I contacted customer service, the guy told me that the offer is no longer available, I sent the link and even the picture with the advertisement on the site. And all he had to say was there is nothing he can do.Not only false advertisement but also wasting my time with people who read from a script.

      I purchased an Aiper pool vacuum in April 2024. Today the item stopped working. I did everything troubleshooting suggested and the motor will not come on. It is fully charged and clean. I have reached out to ******* but they say they cannot accept the item because the return window has passed even though the vacuum has a free 90 day warranty and 12 months warranty on some parts. I contacted Aiper directly and found no resolution with them. The order number through walmart.com is Order# *******-57012629, the item is an Aiper SG800B Cordless Robotic Automatic Pool Cleaner, Pool Vacuum for Above Ground Pools.

      I purchased a pool vacuum from this company through Amazon ***** months ago. The unit failed and I requested a replacement unit. They sent one a couple of weeks later after multiple attempts. That unit was broken right out of the box so I reached out and they sent another unit out. The used unit came and was also defective and barely moves. Clearly a defective unit. This is the 3rd unit in less than a year and they refuse to send a new unit because of their policy. In ***** we have an implied warranty for 5 years and it hasnt even been a year. They are bandaiding the issue meanwhile I am spending more on chemicals to keep the pool clean because I do not have a vacuum that works. I paid for a good. I should receive a working unit.

      purchased one of there vacuums with a two year warranty and it lasted 1 year they sent a replacement and upgraded because mine was no longer available.well exactly one year into the newer model and it stopped working/holding a charge.i notified customer service to handle this matter as im overseas currently for work.they told me my warranty was up and offered me a $20 discount for a over ****** pool cleaner.just keep getting the same generic message.so now my pool is looking like garbage because i bought a defective product with a falsely advertised warranty that apparently roles over to the new product.
