I ordered several times from this vendor and even thought the items I purchased would be close to a year late, I would still receive my package after multiple follow **** However, the last time I ordered was around 2 years ago (September 14 2021). She would ignore me for months when I would ask about my package. I didnt file a complaint because I trusted that she is taking care of my order. When she does respond she says that my order will be sent out within that week. She did this at least 3 times now. The last time was 2 months ago. I keep asking her for a refund but she just says that she would send my order within a week. At this point I dont want her product, I just want my refund. The amount was $34 and the product is 2 organic pills. When I ordered her website was down so she said to send the money through cash app with my contact information and address. Her primary source of communication is instagram so I have a log of the messages. The last message I received from her was a picture of a mailing envelope showing that shes packing my order. That was almost 2 months ago and the last time I heard from her. She is just stealing from me and ignoring my messages. I tried to be patient and understanding but I dont know what else to do
