      I am on the email promo list for Chuice, and they sent an email for a one day flash sale of free shipping for 15 Apr 2024. An extension of that sale came in the next day for that same day, April 16 until midnight or for the first 15 orders. I ordered the product, but immediately after ordering the product, realized I had not entered the discount code. I promptly sent them an email at 12:28 pm saying, "We just placed an order for a case of Chuice and forgot to include the promo code ChuiceBoost. If we are unable to get the free promo, please cancel our order?" I received no reply so sent a second email at 10:51 pm that same day re Order CHU 9297 that said "I sent an email asking this order be canceled if the promotion ChuiceBoost could not be applied (since I had missed getting the promo code in my order), which gave free shipping. I am dismayed that it has been shipped AND I have been charged shipping AND there has been no response to my first email email [sic}.I look forward to hear from you regarding these concerns."I heard nothing from them. In looking for alternate contact means, I only found ********* I left a message through Messenger (Apr 19, 2024, 2:58PM): The auto response was: "Hi, thanks for contacting us. We've received your message and appreciate you reaching out."As of today 2 May 2024 we have received absolutely no further response. Now there is not even the option of sending them another FB message. We feel sufficient time has been allowed for a response. This frankly has left a bad taste in the mouth and we will not be ordering from them again if they are not willing to even contact us or work with us on this issue which could have been very minor if they only contacted us. Attached are files with the full order information, emails and ******** message.

Since our customer service communications are done via email and social media accounts are not routinely monitored, we did not see the original message/communications sent to us by the customer on Facebook.

      We are refunding the customer and expressed our apologies for the inconvenience.

      We received notice from Chuice and have responded to them.:

      "Thank you for responding to my concern and very much appreciate your $14.00 refund with the additional token appreciation for a total of $30.00. We are watching for it to come through.

      We,however, wonder if an issue has developed with the Chuice email, *****************************************************,  as that is the original avenue we used to reach out to you on April 16, 2024. When we received no reply, we again emailed that same email address on April 19, 2024. We investigated other avenues for reaching your business, and only found the Factbook option, so we then attempted contact through ******** Messenger on that April 19th date.  

      We have purchased your product periodically over the past couple of years and been very happy with it. This is an ideal product for the person who has had bariatric surgery. With the surgery, one must more closely monitor ones food intake to get all the necessary nutrients. Chuice provides a helpful avenue for that.

      We hope to be able to do business with you in the future.

      My concern is that we did send them two emails first and then after receiving no response, attempted contact through ********.
