      Suffering from foot and leg pain, caused by spinal stenosis, I responded to ads from Research Verified advertising some Nerve Support pills. For $48.00 I received a month's supply, which I took as directed. After 30 days I had experienced no pain relief. I had decided to try the product in view of the Research Verified refund offer in their ads:"If, within 365 days, you find that Nerve Support doesn't meet your expectations, return the bottles, empty or full, for your money back."I emailed Research Verified on 6/15/2004 using their "Contact Us" email service on their website, filling out all required information and requesting the promised refund and an address for return of the empty bottle as requested (I could find no company address on their website). I got no response, then followed up with emails on 6/23 an 6/30 - still no response! It seems clear that Research Verified has no intension of honoring their promised refund policy. I think that potential customers ought to know, and a resulting refund would be welcome!

      We were made aware of an error that occurred on our website. Thankfully, our customers reached out to us after their messages had been left "unanswered." This was very concerning and we immediately investigated. We are deeply sorry for this error and we have since resolved this matter with our IT department.

      Your refund was processed on July 4, 2024, and you should see it reflected back on your credit card within 5 - 12 business days or within the next billing cycle. You should be receiving an email confirming that the refund was processed.  

      In addition, we are sorry to hear that our product did not meet your expectations.

      Item #Description RVAPSRESEARCH VERIFIED - Appetite Supressant Order #RVAPS5000600733M I placed this order on Research Verified website on June 17th. I received the order on June 22nd. I tried the appetite suppressant pills that came in the bottle. One bottle was damaged and looked bent out of shape. I took the pills as directed which says 1 pill, 2 times daily. I noticed no improvement in my weight or cravings. I bought the product because it said on the website that they had a 365-day money back guarantee. I immediately contacted them on their website and never received a response or refund. I contacted them twice on the website with no reply. I am very disappointed by the lack of communication by the company and the false promises that they stand by the products they sale. I just want my money back for these false and misleading claims about this product. It gave me no weight loss and I still have cravings and it does not control my hunger. Completely bogus company with false products to consumers. I want my money back or the next step will be to file a dispute with my bank over this.

      We placed an order on 3/1924 for 3 bottles of Nerve Support for $98.00 and $6.95 shipping for total of $104.95. We were told when we ordered by ****** 3/19/24 @ 4:44 pm that ordered was placed, charged and will ship on 3/20/24 the next day. We have been calling, emailing, and getting nowhere. We are now being lied to, and told us that they don't know when it will ship?? I already was charged the $104.95. But still have no idea about our order? We are already disgusted with this company. Why do they have to lie to customers??

      I am rejecting this response because:  of what I have been put through so far. Until my order plus the free bottle and being shipped by Fed Ex per **** at NO charge to me is received by me, I cannot accept at this time. The day it was ordered 3/19/24 with ******, she told me order will ship out tomorrow 3/20/24. Well after numerous emails with no response and 4 phone calls I was told item is back ordered?? So this is why I have to reject at this time. Order needs to be in my hands before anything. They cannot lie and keep doing this to customers, they would not like it done to them so they have to understand how we feel. Stop lying, and make sure you know what you are telling the customer when their order is placed.

      There is no dispute that I purchased and returned the product in accordance with the guarantee. The dispute involves the amount that was refunded to me. The guarantee specifies a full refund less ****** ******* the company deducted 10% which is greater than the cost of the ****** I had several emails with a company rep pointing out the discrepancy. They simply refused to change the amount of refund. The money is not large but the issue is. They promised one thing but did not follow through on their promise. At this point, at the minimum, I would request a refund of the difference which is $4.25. I feel though, that since I have tried to resolve this and have had to resort to the BBB, that they should refund the entire 10% of the purchase price. I find it shameful that a company this large does not act responsibly.

      The amount you paid for the product was $127.80, this price already reflects the DISCOUNTED amount. You purchased the 6 bottle promotion at the special price of $127.80 (plus shipping). As per our refund policy, shipping costs are non-refundable. You were refunded the FULL amount for the product you purchased, which was $127.80 (minus shipping).

      I bought this product but because of health issues I ask my doctor should I take it. He told me because of the seriousness of my disease I should not. I contacted the ResearchVerified and they told me how to return the product. It was received by them less than a week and its now been almost two weeks and I still have not received my refund. I have sent them numerous emails with a copy of the **** receipt showing they received it and none of my emails have been responded to. They were quick to take my order and my money, but then Im dropped like a hot potatoe when I have followed all their request in returning the product and all of it within a less than 45 days from ordering the product to the return of it to their facility. They claim a 365 day guarantee or your money is refunded. Its a joke!

      I purchased this product on May 8th, attempting 4 times now for someone to send me an email confirmation so I may track the package. I talked to a lady on the phone, she assured me I would receive an email confirmation, and nothing. Filmed the form out 2-3 times nothing. They took my money immediately of 166$ for 3 bottles yet no tracking information. What is going on here? Sounds like a few other complaints similar to this one have been posted.

      I see that your order was placed on May 9, 2023, and you sent an email on May 12, in which we replied on the same day with your tracking number. 

      It would seem you did not receive the email and I can understand how upsetting that would be. It also appears that you could not find your order confirmation, that is equally as frustrating. Order confirmations are auto-generated and that is why we ask that customers confirm that they are checking the email that we have on file for them and that they check their spam folder.

      On March 13, 2023, I ordered (and received an email return receipt pasted below) from Research Verified and have not heard back from them. On March 22nd, I emailed them requesting an update (no response). Yesterday (on March 27th), I email them again --- still no response.       Since the business has explained that there is a supply issue, I will wait a couple of more weeks on what I ordered.
