Hello,I used the Qoins app and have not been allowed access to my funds from my own account for months. I am told there is a pending law suit but how can this be legal to keep funds from customers that are their own? Please assist if you can. Respectfully *********************Initial Complaint

I have hundreds of dollars still not accessible that were in my qoins accounts prior to the shut down of the app, business failing, whatever. . I have been trying to get my money returned to me for months, with no success. All communications have stopped. I was denied multiple times by the owners of QOINS when I asked for them to give me my money back. Theres no way to access my account as the app doesnt exist anymore. The company they were migrating to doesnt have my funds either. Im looking for my money to be returned to me as soon as possible. The funds have essentially been withheld from me since JUNE 2022. 14 months. The only acceptable resolution is to have my money returned to me.Initial Complaint

In approximately 2020 I signed up with Qoins to use their services to round-up purchases and pay off debt. In 2021, I decided to leverage their services to save money for my daughter's upcoming wedding and set a goal of $5000 for December 2022. Qoins was making regular withdrawals from my bank account to set that money aside as well as doing the regular round up withdrawals to make payments towards credit cards. In July 2022, Qoins migrated to a new bank and I was no longer able to access my account. I contacted them several times (dozens upon dozens) to try to get an answer and was always told the migration was still taking place. I've spent months trying to get a hold of someone to get a refund on my money and my daughter's wedding has done come and passed. There is a couple thousand dollars unaccounted for that Qoins has and is pointing fingers at other banks, etc. I need help getting a refund of my money and can pull bank statements to get a complete total. I only received basic replies from a ************************* and no refunds, no way to request a refund, etc. Please help. In July 2022 Qoins migrated banks and I have been locked out since then. They did send me a refund of $88.00 that was returned when deposited. I reached out to them and withdraws were finally stopped around September 2022, but monthly fee still was. Emails stopped being responded to around November 2022. I have every dime accounted for they took out and never made it anywhere. Im owed about $350.00 and just want my money refunded.Initial Complaint

Ive been with Qoins since around 2018-2019. The app had access to my account where it would withdraw money and use it to automatically pay my credit card bills. I tried logging on to the account one day and I could no longer get in because of a bank migration. I tried waiting patiently but nothing seemed to change. On 1/14/2023 I reached out to the site via email regarding closing my account and obtaining my money that I had withdrawn from my account. I never received a reply.Initial Complaint

I have been using Qoins for some time to help me save money. Recently Qoins have announced that they are shutting down. On April 10th they sent my money somewhere (they did not have any addresses to send it to) and on April 24th when I disputed the transaction they indicated that the money is being refunded and will be deposited back to my bank account in 3-5 days. It is now May 6th and I still haven't received any money. They have shut down their customer service department and nobody is responding to email requests or phone calls. I don't know how to get my money back.Initial Complaint

I started an account with ********************** and was putting money in then they would not let me log in or refund my money.they continue to take money out of my bank account and are not providing me with any service . They continue to let people open accounts and are just ripping people off. I would like my money back and shut these people down.Initial Complaint

I started using *********************************** was great. In September of 2022 after a bank migration, funds stop being sent to my assigned payment option. I reached out was was told funds should have been paid. Funds continued to be deducted & nothing sent. I reached out & was told my funds would be refunded in December. No refund has bee issued. After even more attempts, I was told in February 3 business days. Funds were still not received. I was told they would be sent via Zelle. I have emailed & called constantly with nothing but an auto reply I still have not received the return of over $400 & now they are shutting down in June. I need my funds returned
