    I, along with thousands of other Weather Underground, or ** users have been attempting to contact this company for 3 years in regards to their mobile apps having no way to log in to our premium subscription accounts and only receiving error messages when we click the restore purchases buttons. Their willful negligence also greatly affects the accuracy of their apps because those of us that own personal weather stations are unable to connect those devices, resulting in wildly inaccurate weather information being displayed and users not receiving inclement weather alerts. Users have sent quite literally tens of thousands of emails to the company, all of which have been completely ignored.

    Hi *****, 

    Thanks for submitting your request.  I see a support ticket was open on 3/21 2024 with the Wunderground Support Team.  Today, the ad-free experience is available only on web.  You can either purchase a subscription for ad-free, or in your case, you can register a PWS and as long as it is active and passing quality data, you will have the ad-free experience, on web only.  The subscription or ad-free is not currently available in the mobile apps.  Our iOS or Android App does not require a log in (account) and any active PWS can be viewed from the app or web. Hopefully in the future we will be able to offer the same experience on the app.  I hope this helps.  Please let us know if you have further questions.

    I have Weather Underground for my home weather station. I forgot my password. I cannot find my password in my archives. I have tried to get help through email. However, one person cannot reset the password without a current one. I have tried several locations on email, which amounted to NOT being able to change the password without a current one. And there robot replay is that it might take 90 days to answered the email, if not answered send the message again. They don't respect consumers or they would have a simpler way to communicate with them.
